The front desk staff were helpful. The soundproofing is excellent! The lobby eating area is very large so you could hang out there. Very convenient to restaurants in Coolidge Corner and a Trader Joe's.
The breakfast was only carbohydrates - pasties etc. There should be some protein offered - hard boiled eggs, some kind of microwaveable eggs, yogurt etc. Also please start breakfast at 6:30 during the week for those of us going to early meetings.

The foyer and the location were nice. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Helpful staff.
The breakfast buffet was crowded and the food selection was awful. No protein of any sort- eggs, yogurt etc.; not restocked as often as it needed to be for the amount of people, and having a 15 min average wait for one toaster seemed to really upset guests. We tried it on the first morning and didn’t look back for the remainder of our stay. We’re not fussy people at all, but like to get our day started with a somewhat healthy breakfast and it was just not possible. The directions for places near by need to be updated as well. Fenway (the reason for our trip) was listed as 2 mins away on the hotel website. This is not the case for any mode of transportation- train, Uber or walking. 15-20 at best.

The location is great, there is a train station opposite the street where you can catch the train to Downtown which takes about 20 minutes. There is a small little town about 10 minutes away with some good restaurants. The room was lovely, quite spacious and comfortable. We were staying in a town house which is in the middle of the hallway so there is no view. This wasn’t a problem for us but was quite far away from the main lobby. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again
My only issue was with breakfast, this was included in our price for the hotel but the only option was a continental breakfast. There are 2 tables of food options which are cereals, some pastries and some options of fruit. There should be more choices and more facilities (toaster) as this made huge lines due to there only being one.

The price is very reasonable and the space is not big but good enough. The common area is very nice
The hot water supply is unstable, fixed three times in the 6 night stay

I liked the location and that it was very clean. There is an urban train stop across. The area is nice and safe. There are some restaurants 8 to 9 min walk. You can see the classic Boston buildings. There is a park nearby. 10 minutes by car to the Fine Arts museum or a good and pretty walk. 20 minutes by train to The Commons and a 10 min from there to Beacon Hill. The town houses are an interesting proposal to urban hotels. It has many areas to sit. Specially if you are lucky to sit under a sky light.
The town house(room) was small. That was fine since it was only me. But the one thing I did not like is that I had to keep the blackout curtains closed because the windows faced the interior hallways, and anybody passing or staying across could see into the bedroom. So it is good if you are only sleeping there and going out during the day.

The location, the look, the service, the staff which was excellent and helpful and making the best effort to make my stay pleasurable.
The Sonder Company knows absolutely nothing about the hospitality industry. Housekeeping is subcontracted, so it is not available all day long like in any self respected hotel. Trash left at the door of the rooms and in hallways remained uncollected for almost 24 hours. If you needed a housekeeping service, you had to tell the front desk that very morning before 10 am, if not tough luck! The staff is trying its best, but the management has set up so many ridiculous rules that their hands are tied.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was very clean and visually appealing, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better, it was right in front of the train stop, making it super convenient for getting around.
That said, there were a few downsides. The rooms were quite hot, as there was no air conditioning. The breakfast was very basic, which may not suit everyone’s preferences. Additionally, we didn’t receive any room cleaning during our stay, even though it was stated as included in the price.

I like that the hotel was centrally located and accessible to MIT and Northeastern where my girls are attending. I would like to stay here again for my daughter's graduation next year May 2025. But it is quite expensive. I will keep shopping till I get a good rate. The hotel is clean and well maintained.
I paid for early check-in but was not able to check in till 30 mins after. The staff member at the reception desk claimed he was unaware of my booking. At the end, in order not to keep sitting at the lobby (I have been there since 7am already since I arrived on a red eye flight, hence why I paid for early check-in) I had to take whatever room was available at no additional charge. I also did not like the lack of protein at breakfast. Lots of carbs in abundance. Not favorable for someone on a low carb, high protein diet.

The location was the best! Green-line train right outside the door. Fenway, stores, restaurants etc within walking distance. The concept reminded us of an indoor “motel” which was rather cool. The staff were super friendly. The welcoming lobby area with a giant TV running local games was impressive.
Some reviews mentioned the breakfast being average. Yes agree, but we didn’t stay there for free breakfast! The breakfast was more than enough to get the day started. One bottle neck was the toaster and would recommend another. We stayed in the multi-story section on the 6th floor for which there was only one elevator. Many guests who only had to go 1-2 flights of stairs without baggage, took the elevator. This was annoying, which held up the elevator. Maybe improve the identification of the stairways as a “faster” option.

Chose this property for it's location close to the Brigham and Women's Hospital--less than a ten minute drive away. The location also was great for having within close walking distance so many great restaurants and other convenient shopping options. The price was very reasonable for the offered service, room amenities and really good continental breakfast offered free in the morning. I would definitely stay here again if we need to return to the hospital.
I would have appreciated a few more evening options for food and drinks. There is a coffee/tea bar and microwave set up in the lobby, but a drink or snacks would have been nice as an additional. It's not necessarily a negative, but the hotel architecture is unusual in that if feels like a drive up motel inside of a warehouse. Despite that, the furnishings are comfortable, clean, modern and with a nice design aesthetic.
