We have stayed at the LaQuinta in Sturbridge MA numerous times and have never been disappointed. We have routinely obtained a king bed room, the location is convenient for our needs and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is tasty and plenty of selections.

As a suggestion the charging stations in the room should be updated in order to use a USB cord instead of having to bring a charger. It would be great to have lemon water available to obtain after hours in a large dispenser.

Recently traveling in Massachusetts, this was a good stopover option for us, before heading to the Amtrak Station in Providence for our return trip to the Newark airport and home. The location was good for a relaxing afternoon and night before the long day of travel ahead. There is a great trail system (Trek Sturbridge) nearby for those who like to walk and enjoy nature....very scenic with different options, difficulty-wise. We enjoyed a stroll along the Riverlands Trail. And for those interested in history, Old Sturbridge Village is nearby.

Liked the location of the hotel, had alot of restaurants and stores nearby. Appreciated the cleanliness of the room, was very clean and smelt nice like fresh linen.

Some of the towels had some small stains on them. The room door didn’t fully close by itself, had to pull it closed hard every time, was a little annoying. Didn’t like the fact that they charged me $20 for an early check-in, I checked in 1 hour early.

Nice bedroom and good beds and shower. Reception was a bit hurried and short spoken by a man but the new reception lady, who had just started a new job, was very gentle.

Definitely a point less on the evaluation was the icecube machine, for public use, next to our door. Very bad position when you try to sleep listening to rattling ice cubes. Breakfast was middling since not enough room for all the guests and totally tasteless juices, too much watered down and you had to really queue for the waffle machine. A second machine wouldn't go amiss.

Easy access to everything n the area. Facility was clean and plenty of parking. Room was comfy.

Breakfast was awful. Powdered eggs flavorless homefries and no other choices for a real breakfast other than a waffle. The pricing was for a 5 star hotel. I know they gouge prices during Brimfield but over 500 for 2 nights was not worth the stay.

I liked the accommodations and would consider returning. Modern decor and clean. Liked the bath accessories provided.

No safety bars in the shower. No clock in the room. Busy street, difficult to leave property. Air conditioning was difficult to regulate. Gentleman at the desk gave me instructions - lowered the thermostat but found it a little noisy during the night. Disappointed the additional entrance was inoperable.

The new owners have done a great job renovating the hotel. Based on the past years it is much cleaner and very updated. Just a few small issues with inconsistent air conditioning in the room and in the fitness room. Also the breakfast could use some improvement but overall a good value

Air conditioning is hard to control and fitness room didn't have any air conditioning at all. Breakfast was a little weak.

Breakfast was basic, could have used more variety. Location was perfect for where we were going and close to everything in Sturbridge with many places being in walking distance. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

TV could have been bigger. Could have used more selections for breakfast items.

The room was lighted, in contrast with most of the hotels, you didn’t need to a bat vision to find your clothes. Overall the room and the facilities were clean and white (maybe renovated recently). Breakfast was fine, located near the freeway yet I didn’t hear the traffic, the receptionists were attentive

The AC was a bit funny, blew cold air sometimes.
