The evening staff is absolutely 💯 and wonderfully pleasant 😊 my family and I stay here coming in town to visit family several times a year and this is now the only place we stay. There was a problem with our booking thru booking.com and ended up with a reservation for 2 double rooms instead of 1 double 1 king. The women at the desk happily corrected our situation at no extra cost to us and the rooms were more than satisfactorily clean cozy. Breakfast is more than adequate with hot options like eggs, waffle station, biscuits and gravy, and I believe there is usually sausage. Juices, milk, cereal, bread, bagels, and muffins with all the fixings. This was Sunday morning only this stay for us. We also now have a new puppy with our family and he was welcomed and had plenty of room to walk run and play with him in the field behind the building. My family and I can't wait to come stay again and maybe try one of the presidential suites !!

I guess the only complaint i could possibly have is that the pool seemed to have a little too much chlorine or something for my youngest daughter who had a minor rash breakout all over her, however she hass slightly sensitive skin and faculties 🥺

Quiet rooms, friendly staff especially Ms. Kim! The blankets were so comfy!!! Stayed two nights. Breakfast fluctuates. One mornining biscuits gray and scrambled eggs. Next morning potatoes, sausage, scrambled eggs. They also offer bread, English muffins, bagels, waffles. I will definitely be back

Rooms were clean with fresh linens, could use a deep cleaning paying attention to detail items (baseboards, spot cleaning doors, walls, shower tracks). None of it was bad. (I have a job doing cleaning inspections so I tend to see the smaller overlooked things).

Very quiet! Nice fresh scrambled eggs/ waffles. Sausage or biscuits:gravy on alternating days,bread bagels fruit cereal juices did NOT like coffee or water TERRI at front desk was very very nice and helpful. Indoor outdoor pool was beautiful though we didn’t use it.

NEED grab bars installed in tub shower !!!!!! Someone could get bad injured! Sticky bathroom floor, apparently from too much cleaning fluid necessitated move to another room

We loved the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The sausage gravy, eggs, and biscuits were a nice bonus above a traditional "continental breakfast". The staff was hard working but still pleasant. We were very impressed with the paintings that a staff member had done around the pool area.

I can imagine adding a few little things for sale by the front desk, like: Toothbrushes Swim needs (swim diapers, water wings or a small round float, goggles) Maybe some kind of prepackaged cocktails along with the beer selection.

Clean and comfortable

Went down for breakfast and no meat . We waited for a few minutes to see if she was bringing more out but didn't, so we went on and left. Stopped elsewhere to eat. I usually stop here to stay and never had that problem before. Time was around 9:00 a.m when he went down. But I'll be back soon to stay again.

Overall, the place was clean and the beds were comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was good.

Doors to other rooms were slamming all night long as others staying there continued to go outside and then inside and outside. It was loud. The heater in my room in #125 was loud as well, it kept making noises so it was hard to sleep.

I liked that the people were nice and when I asked to stay another night they matched the price I spent for the first night. It wasn't too bad with noise the other ppl staying there kept slamming doors and yelling but they can't control that. The room was super nice and cozy and will definitely stay there again ☺️

I didn't like having to walk outside to smoke but that was a duh, and the book in the room said there were eggs and sausage for breakfast and there wasn't but I still liked my stay otherwise and u guys can't control the other ppl staying there that were obnoxious.

Reasonable cost. Fresh scrambled eggs good beds quiet. NICE indoor/outdoor pool that had a handicap lift to set u in pool

VERY LOW toilet with no hand rail. (If bad knees hard to get up) bathroom floor was sticky so we were moved to different room/-told too muchcleaning fluid used.. rest of room very clean

Check in was quick. Easy access to my vehicle from my room. The location to Michigan International Speedway is great. We didn't try the continental breakfast because we didn't have time.

You can't see the sign from the road. If you weren't really sure where the hotel was, you can easily pass it. I think the tree out front is blocking it.

Really like this hotel. It is budget friendly. But for a budget hotel it offers a lot. The kids love the indoor outdoor pool, and the breakfast is very nice considering the price. Love that they have a waffle maker.

For us the beds were a bit uncomfortable. They look like nice beds so it may just be that we are used to a memory foam mattress.
