I love that the property was near two things. You did not need to drive anywhere especially once it started to snow. I loved how friendly the staff was. We felt like we were at home instead of staying in a hotel. Love the restaurant and the chef was amazing
Not that we needed it there was no phone or microwave in the room. Microwave or a coffee pot in the room would’ve been nice instead of having to go downstairs. Because we had to go downstairs we did not utilize the microwave. We did however utilize the coffee that was available downstairs

This hotel was an older building but by no means was it shabby. The decor and ambiance much exceeded our expectations. Although our stay was off season and the restaurant was not open there were still a few places in the immediate area to grab a bite. The doors to the un-booked rooms were open so you had the opportunity to see how individually and unique each one was decorated. Classy, comfortable, and super clean! We would highly recommend this diamond in the rough!!

I love that it’s downtown and only a 2 block walk to the Lake Michigan beach and piers. The on-site restaurant has great food. Courteous , helpful staff. We had no issue with parking because we were there off season but it may be a problem in the summer. I loved this place and would definitely recommend and go back.

Room was super cool with balcony overlooking the main street. Hot tub and Sauna in the room. Vaulted ceilings were very spacious and comfortable.
The water bottles on the table were open when we got in the room. It did periodically lightly smell of raw sewage.

Adorable with lots of character! Room was spotless even though it was older. Staff was amazingly friendly and full of knowledge. Super kind. Right in the heart of Frankfort with lots of history.
If I had to complain about anything, and I don’t think there was a complaint to be had, but the restaurant was out of a lot of things (to be expected these days) and the bar tender could have used a second server.

We have stayed in this hotel many times and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff is always friendly and happy to see you. The rooms are clean and always adorable! I love how each room is different. We will be back!

The staff was very friendly as soon as we walked in the front door. It was right in the heart of the strip which made it easy to navigate through the rest of town. We needed fresh towels one day and they were waiting at our door as soon as we got back from lunch! Wonderful overall!
The air conditioning unit in our room, 204, left a damp feeling on all of our clothing. The circulation of the air was a bit poor. While sleeping we couldn't feel the air circulation. Not a huge deal but something worth mentioning.

The property was charming and quaint. it was extremely reasonable considering the location and amenities. It had a pleasant historic appeal.
The HVAC system was overwhelmed and the temperature was challenging to moderate. The rooms, although having wonderful amenities, were not very soundproof.

The staff are friendly and wonderful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was so soft. the people who work there are so friendly and acommodating. We will come back again

Our room was wonderful! we had a king suite with a jacuzzi tub and a sauna. it was newly renovated and in excellent condition. the staff was top notch. We were very well cared for!
