Very comfortable bed, appreciated small touches like lantern and towel hanging from a clip to clean off picnic table located outside of each cabin; each table had an umbrella -- so ready for shade or sun; nicely arranged cabin with work surface; countertop near frig and microwave; appreciated having real mugs for my tea; plenty of towels; extra fuzzy blanket to snuggle; room had both an office chair and a lounge chair; plenty of plugs -- for all kinds of devices.

Our cabin was close to the road, and traffic is fairly steady, but noise wasn't bad and settled down during night. Only had coffee in the room and no tea -- but I am used to that.

I enjoyed the amenities. The cabins themselves were small but comfortable for sleeping if you planned to be out all day. My family enjoyed the offered game room. My kids loved it. We also made use of the communal firepit and smore roasting sticks as well as the provided charcoal grills. We played horseshoes and disc golf. There were also things within the cabin that were very helpful... a small fan, a plethora of towels, a broom, shower soap, flyswatter, coffee, etc.

The location is good in terms of being near a lot of outdoor activities, but I didn't like that it was on a major highway and there is constant traffic.

This cabin is adorable. It was spotless, very accommodating and much thought went into it. All the conveniences you could ask for, plus it's quaint, comfy and the beds were wonderful! All the little added extra touches are so appreciated and were really super nice. We will definitely be back. What a gem this is to book and the owners are gems as well what a smooth easy process to check in and check out and they couldn't have done a better job, honestly. If you stay here you will not be disappointed!

Not a thing, everything was just lovely.

We loved the extra thoughtful little touches that they add to make your stay more comfortable such as a room spray, nice hand soap in bathroom and body wash in shower. A basket with coffees, teas a bottle opener and some nice mugs. Even had a towel hanging at the picnic table to wipe off the morning dew on the outdoor furniture to enjoy your morning coffee outside! Beautiful towels and linens and the bed and pillows were super comfortable! I loved how many hooks there were on the walls, was so helpful for hanging our wet suits and towels from our days at the river and beach!

Nothing everything was perfect!!

Our cabin was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our weeklong stay. We used the outdoor grill a couple of times, and all the equipment was readily available. We also played horseshoes and frisbee golf. The location is excellent for sightseeing around the area, and we enjoyed several of the nearby restaurants, including the Cherry Hut in Beulah, MI. Try the cherry pie - it's wonderful! Loved walking to the ice cream shop next door.

The parking situation is a little tight when the cabins are full, but we had a parking space every night.

It was a charming, quintessential Northern Michigan cabin. It was small, but very clean and well appointed. The price we paid for a Saturday night stay seemed a bit high, however, it was far below prices in nearby Frankfort and Traverse City. The owners communicated well and responded quickly.

The parking is separate from the cabin and is tight and a bit awkward to maneuver.

We knew that there was no breakfast included in the stay Location was very convienient for us Would choose to stay in these cabins when we return next year Key was left in a pre arranged place so we could let ourselves in and we could return when leaving when no staff were in attendance. Great ice cream parlour right next door

We had no issues with the facility or service but the rate was extremely high which I presume was on account of a show in interlochen that happened to be on the same weekend of our stay

check in was simple/straightforward and the room was clean and cozy. the trail to the river was a fun little walk, and the location in general was good. I think this was the perfect place to stay as someone who only needed somewhere to stay at night/shower and didn’t plan on spending too much time at the house.

a microwave would have been nice, but I didnt mind eating cold pizza!

Most importantly, it is very clean. This is always my top priority and it passed with flying colors. It's cute and quaint. The little backyard with Frisbee baskets, horseshoes, and a fireplace was a nice extra!

It's pretty close to the road so lots of traffic noise. No hairdryer. I had to head to a supermarket and purchase one just for this stay. Had some trouble with managing the air conditioning unit. This may have been an operator issue, but the cabin got a little stuffy at night.

The cabins were quaint and comfortable and clean! The game room was well supplied and we had fun with the badminton!

The only negative thing we had to say was that the road was a bit close and thus it was noisy, but I know this can't really be helped.
