Convenient to where I needed to be, good price. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and lots of hot water. The flooring looked like it might be fairly new- it wasn't carpeted thank goodness as I find older motels with carpet very unsanitary.

Old and kind of dingy - in need of a refresh. The bathroom especially was very dark and the drawer was broken in the vanity. The sheer draperies need to be replaced - they were clearly old and well used. But despite the age of the motel it was clean.

Comfortable, better than pictures as renovations were happening. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was hot every day, nice and quiet.

The day of check in staff wasn't the most friendly, other staff were delightful. breakfast was sausage and eggs every day. Very good, but for a 5 day stay it gets sickening. Swapping the protein every day or every other would fix that. The bathroom was very small. Could barely turn around. No closet at all, just a dresser. Was there for a wedding and had nowhere to hang things.

Price wasn't too bad (given todays rate), room was clean, breakfast was fairly good with decent options, friendly staff.

Very old style bathroom, tiny toilet, 110 dollar temporary incidental charge (even though told would be 100), no EV charging. EV charging is a fairly cheap implementation that, even if it cost a little to use, will always make me pick one hotel over another.

The rooms are clean. Towels are soft. Bed are comfy. Offered more than any of the other hotels around. If it's thought of higher class or not. Hands down more amenities at half the cost of the others makes me a return customer already. Second visit in the month. I won't stay anywhere else when I'm in Manistee

That the pool closed at 11. I seen to miss it each time. Maybe Bus service to the casino would make my visit there way more convenient.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had all the normal amenities. Very close to everything. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable.

The pool room floor was very slippery. The hotel sits right on a fairly sharp curve which makes it a little difficult to get out.

Nice place for the money. Lady (Alyssa) who checked me in was a particularly excellent at her job. Whirlpool was very soothing and usually not being used.

Breakfast could be just a touch better. I understand budget, because I'm a business man. But maybe some fruit. Yogurt. Just a little bump up would be cool.

The room was clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. We enjoyed the water view. The step in shower easily accommodated my husband’s mobility needs. Overall a good value for the price.

The hotel is a little dated. Breakfast is fairly basic.

Easy to find, some staff were very helpful, breakfast was better than expected for "free". Bedroom was excellent, comfortable and warm. Bathroom was very clean.

Renovation work in progress near hotel front desk. Room bathroom seemed newly put together, a little tight and without working extraction fan. These are minor issues, this was a very comfortable stay for me.

Room was clean a great improvement since we were there last. The time before there was a multitude of debris under the bed, plates, pop cans etc.

Breakfast was at a minimal, not much going on from the last time. We usually have sausage, eggs and a bagel with cream cheese. Only the eggs were available that day.

The price, location and staff were great. They were under renovation so it will only get better as they continue to improve their facilities. Clean comfortable place to stay at a good price. If you’re looking for a fancy, upscale place you are in the wrong town all together. Try Traverse City instead.

The parking lot can be difficult to pull out of as it’s a busy street and on a curve.
