The breakfast was fine, what one expects from a hotel breakfast. The location was amazing right on Lake Michigan. I recomemnd the lakeside rooms for anyone staying here. We really enjoyed time on the patio watching the lake.

The bed could use an upgrade. It was a bit hard for our taste, but we still had a decent sleep. The rooms get very dark, so that helped. A small light by the bathroom woud be helpful so the bright light doesnt need to be turned on in the middle of the night.

Clean rooms and hotel overall. Swimming pool was large and was open between 10 pm and midnight for adults only. Staff was very friendly and helpful; front desk attendant even offered to help take our bags to our room on the second floor since there was no elevator.

No elevator (construction of installing one in progress. Uncomfortable beds. Woke up with back pain both days we were there.

overall, it's a wonderful place with amenities you'd find at much higher priced places and cheerful "local" staff. we would definitely stay here again.

the bed was too hard for me but i think that's a me thing. my partner felt the bed was very comfortable. i think the pool, or maybe it was the hot tub, had too much chlorine in it and made my eyes burn.

The room was lovely, clean, efficient.

I hated the breakfast. Everything was packaged or throwaway. By the time I unwrapped or tore open everything, my food was cold, and once I finally could eat, the artificial eggs were tasteless. We're no longer in a pandemic. You can do better.

The lake frontage was relaxing especially the fire pit. Room was spacious and inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Would have preferred a lake facing room. Didn't notice this option when booking. Had to ask for an ice bucket as per staff they have been removed from the rooms.

Coffee wasn’t that good but breakfast was ok

Guys next to us took our chair and table off the patio to play cards. We booked a lake view but kept our blinds shut as the men were sitting where they could see us in our room. They apparently were staying to work locally for the week. We were not sure what was going on and didn’t want a confirmation so we exited from the hall and walked around the side of the building out another door and sat on a bench. Later one of the group apologized and explained who r hey were. That helped us feel better about the situation.

Staff was So happy and accommodating would like to give zero stars and keep the place for myself but that wouldn't be fair great place right on Lake Michigan can't wait to stay again

The only thing you can complain about would be the nociums beyond their control

The desk staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Our room had a great view of the bay. I like the Dove brand soap/shampoo/lotion/conditioner. The pool and hot tub were clean. I love that they had an adults-only time from 10 pm to midnight. Breakfast was good, and was kept well-stocked.

The water pressure in the shower was mediocre, per my friend. (I didn't shower).

I was impressed at how cleanly our room was. When we checked out, I was very impressed at the housekeeper and saw how thorough she was cleaning all the rooms. I wish I would've gotten her name. We checked out 3/12/24 and we we're in room 120. Thank You for our wonderful stay!

I wish I would have known that we could request a better view of Lake Michigan.

For me your place was awesome! My room was in the back and I could BBQ on the grill. Had a really nice gas fire pit with chairs around it on cement not in the grass. Had a place for smokers. If I'm in town I'm definitely staying here again. Also didn't have any geese so no poop while cooking.

I really enjoy my stay. Can't think of anything that went wrong or made me feel like I should've went somewhere else.
