The front desk personnel were so very friendly and helpful. The indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzis were really clean and nice condition. The room was comfortably plenty large (with the exception of the bathroom). Bedding was cotton, which I personally like. Air conditioner really worked great.

The hotel mattresses were standard, non-plush. Bathroom was really small. No continental breakfast.

Loved the pool amenities; especially being able to drink etc. We loved the overall cleanliness of entire hotel. Free coffee was great.

Our room fridge took especially long to get cold. There was a smoke/ carbon monoxide detector over the hot tub in our room which went off while using hot tub; not a good place for detector. Then another morning the other detector went off for apparent reason, did have AC unit on high entire time. The AC unit didn’t seem to keep room cold enough at night. We opened windows the last night of stay which helped.

The hotel was in a great location in Door County. Made travel north or south very nice. The building itself was very pretty and the Fall decorations in the front were very pretty. There was ample parking and we did like the location of our room. Very quiet. A no-frills hotel for sure.

We were a little taken aback by the fact that there was no room cleanup or refreshing of towels, etc. The room was quite basic, not even a print/painting on the walls. There was no comforter/bedspread on the bed. Very sparse. It was pretty clean and we did like the double faucet heads in the VERY small bathroom. The bathtub and shower took over the whole room. The cooling system was VERY loud.

The Oak room was great for four girlfriends. Two sinks, three mirrors and plenty of room to get ready each day. Great location and even tho we didn't get a chance to enjoy the lounge area downstairs with table n chairs, TV and sofa it was great that it was there. Coffee, tea , hot chocolate and apple cider were also available. I definitely recommend this location. Only negative was no elevator but us girls embraced it and had even more laughs and got are work out too! So much for packing our suitcase light. 🙃

The staff was exceptional - very kind, good hospitality and helpful, pools and hot tubs were clean and relaxing, t.v up to date with the ability to personally log in to streaming services ,and the location was good, you could walk to lots of places in Fish Creek.

The only complaint I have of this hotel on our trip.... Is the beds..It felt as if you were sleeping on the ground. Deal breaker, no, I would definitely stay here again! Just bringing some ibuprofen next time.

Location for bike riding Peninsula State Park; hot tub; locked storage room for bikes; modern large size TV; 11 am checkout

Slight “wet” or “damp” odor in our end of hall which was located near outdoor pool entrance (closed for the season when we stayed Oct 9-11, 2024); We felt a bit high cost for no included breakfast; would stay on 2nd floor if come back - fair amount of noise heard overhead when on 1st level.

The room was fine, there wasn't any breakfast offered, the location was what we expected. Host was very friendly and informative.

The bathroom was quite small, door just passed the toilet for opening and closing. The toilet was just a standard toilet so I could see where an older person could have trouble getting up and down. The bathroom fan was extremely loud and worked in conjunction with the light so if someone got up in the night everyone woke up from the noisy fan.

Very nice room ammenities.....didn't have a need for anything.....very well supplied

the only thing I didn't like was there was absolutely no view from the balcony in the back. I would definitely ask for a room with a street view next time where I could enjoy a cocktail and watch the world go by

Location! Pools :) staff were AWESOME!

Room was a bit stuffy - a bit damp but maybe due to AC not being on when we arrived. Bathroom situation not ideal since sink is right in the room. Difficult to shut door to shower/ toilet area due to poor layout. No breakfast options. Lots of coffee but very weak coffee.

The location was great and the price fantastic. Also the pool area was very clean and looked inviting. There was great water pressure in the shower.

The outside of the hotel was very pretty and well maintained. There were a lot of spring flowers blooming. The inside didn’t seem quite as fresh as the outside. The hallway had a peculiar and unpleasant smell. Luckily the room had no odor and was very clean, but it wasn’t a good first impression.
