The parking was full when we got there so had to park cross the street. The ice machine wasn't working so much husband had to go up to the 6th floor to get ice . Also didn't have a book in our room that tells about the hotel. And places that you can go as well as the TV channels so we didn't bother watching TV because we didn't know what channels the hotel had do to not having the guests book. So was disappointed.

The location is great. It's right along a river which is a nice area to walk around and stretch your legs. The restaurants dinner is really good. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We didn't go in the pool this time but it was very nice out last stay.

Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. They have a buffet or you can order off a very small menu. The eggs in the buffet were cold and gritty and the little fridge that has yogurt in it was very poorly stocked. If the restaurant is busy you won't find a place to park in the hotel parking lot. You'll have to park across the street. Probably just a better idea anyways because the hotel lot itself is small and kinda beat up.

Excellent accommodating staff at the hotel counter as well as bartenders. Very personable. Food in restaurant was excellent.

Drunk and annoying female dish washer in the bar who overstayed her welcome and didn't know when to keep her mouth closed

For an "older" hotel the facilities were in excellent shape. Very clean and well maintained. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast is what you would expect from a normal continental included breakfast.

The breakfast was the best of any hotel I've ever stayed at. The selection had great variety and it tasted homemade, unlike some that use the cheapest versions of things.

The bathroom in my room was smaller than I'd like.

The location was in the middle of the town, so it didn’t cost us more than 12 dollars cab rides to go to places. The hotel has signs with things you can do around town and restaurants to eat at. As cyclists, we wanted our bicycles to stay with us in the room. Even though we were not allowed to do that, the hotel staff provided us with a secure place for them. The breakfast was very complete and there were plenty of options to be satisfied from. There’s a free eyes dispenser on some floors which was so beneficial and convenient for us.

The room is nice and clean. The bed is comfortable. The restaurant attached to the hotel has great food! The pool was nice and warm and the whirlpool was clean! The staff is very friendly. The restaurant attached to the hotel has good food!

The only issue we had with the room was the chain broke on the toilet handle but it was an easy fix. The parking lots could probably use some work. But this is just being nit-picky.
