Newer building, very nice rooms! The first floor room with lakefront view was perfect! Full breakfast selection was well attended to by the staff. Smaller number of rooms and smaller parking lot made getting in and out very convenient.

It would be nice to have a list of various items in the room that are needed (such as towels, toilet paper, shampoo, etc) that guests could request and give to housekeeping or the front desk. That would be helpful as items are being used, especially for a longer stay!

The hotel is right on Lake Superior, a beautiful view and from inside it feels like you can almost touch the lake. Rooms are clean, comfortable beds, good shower and although there was a pretty full parking lot in the evening it was quiet which I appreciated.

I have had better breakfasts at similarly priced motels. Not much at all for healthy eating. I like eggs for protein but the precooked omelets were not as good as ones I've had elsewhere, and no whole grain carbs except plain oatmeal or raisin bran flakes. I also would like a choice of plain yorgurt. Coffee not great either. That said, it was clean and kept tidy.

Breakfast was great. The breakfast room, in particular, was very nice and overlooked the water. There were also tables outside for alfresco eating. Our room was right next to the breakfast room and we heard no noise from breakfast staff. Being on the ground floor was great because we could just walk right out to the water at any time of day, which we did several times looking for the Aurora Borealis.

The toaster tends to burn toast.

Front desk staff was great & the general manager helped us 3 ladies with the luggage cart to our room. The selection of tee & sweatshirts was good quality & priced well. Facilities looked well kept. We didn't have a room on the bay side but the common area was great to enjoy the water & view.

Breakfast was OK but would be good if every motel didn't have exactly the same thing. They could be known for something which would be a draw. For example it would be worth it if the motel worked with the Munising bakery that makes the cinnamon rolls & had some of them available.

Conveniently located on Lake Superior, the rooms overlooking the lake were nice, with great views and peaceful surroundings. Breakfast was very good, as was access to outdoor seating. Hotel front desk personnel were pleasant, courteous, and very helpful.

The property was dated in some areas and the athletic (gym) facility was very limited and had no bench upon which to sit or lie to execute exercises, which severely limited the facility’s usefulness.

I can't say enough good about Elijah's welcoming us to the property and helping us check in. He really went above-and-beyond! We had a 1st floor suite, which was great as we are seniors and our dog was traveling with us. There was a door from our room to the outside, making it so easy to take our pup for a walk. We will come back and stay again!

There aren't a lot of dining options in Munising, but we found an excellent pizza at one local and a great salad at another, so all was well. Nothing we didn't like about the hotel!

Location to Pictured Rocks, just 5 min down the road. Beautiful location right on the lake with outdoor seating to enjoy the view. Lodging VERY CLEAN! Beds very comfortable. Free breakfast good and always a nice extra bonus.

The sofa bed very uncomfortable. There are sofa bed mattresses that do provide comfort. I highly suggest updating this mattress. We had the worse view from this room. But as everything else was great, I would even stay in same room with the bad view again.

Great location with a good view of the bay of Munising. Room was satisfactory, breakfast was good and well stocked. Staff at the front desk were great despite a busy 4th of July week. Hotel was modern and looked new. Great quiet location on the edge of town.

No complaints from me. The room was clean by hotel standards. There was some dust on the top of the headboard and crums/debris in out of sight areas. Room passed multi-point bedbug inspection, but would like to see the bedbug protectors on the mattresses.

It was okay, however, I would have like to know more about the sausage patties - Turkey? Pork? Beef? Coffee was available at all times. NIce lobby.

The door to the lake side, a very pretty setting, was NEVER locked - you did not need your key to re-enter the building. Open to anyone. Really? Nothing on which to hang a towel after a shower - nothing for a hand towel either. Really? Comfortable chairs on the balcony but no table upon which to rest anything drink or snack. Seems short sighted.

The balcony view of Munising Bay was great. The room was spacious and had a separate seating area. The bathroom was recently updated. Breakfast was good. Location was only minutes away from downtown, but not on the main drag, so it was quiet.
