Location, very comfortable beds, spacious room. Very pleasant decor throughout.

Breakfast. Whatever was served with the eggs should have been identified. Was it potatoes? Not sure. What was it? Being intolerant of gluten I needed to know. Also it really doesn’t take much to have some frozen gluten free bread in the freezer to pull out for those of us who are gluten sensitive. The same goes for waffles if you are serving them. I also found the two people on duty (front desk and breakfast area) in need of lessons from Starbucks on how to greet and treat your customers.

Good breakfast. Eggs and hash browns are usually the standard. Two waffle makers, assortment of cereals, yogurt, milks, breads, juice machine, coffee/tea, and muffins. On a side note: the Mexican restaurant El Loro next door to the hotel is amazing!!

Regardless of length of stay the housing/cleaning staff never visits the room. My second stay at this hotel (first visit was a 3-day and a second 4-day stay) and my room was never visited by the cleaning staff. No new towels, toiletries, nothing….I assume a cost saving measure.

We were allowed to check in early. Front desk upgraded our room we were given a soaking tub. It was delightful. Bedding was very comfortable. All in all a very nice stay.

Property was excellent.

The room was clean and its large size was great for our family of four.

The pool area floor was dirty . The pool bathroom was quite dirty and there was water leaking from the ceiling right over the toilet.

Great location for me. King rooms are large.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The room, staff, breakfast, and the price of the room was great.

Can’t think of anything that could be better. Definitely would stay there again.

Quiet room. Clean.

Was told I would get receipt when I checked out, but they didn't give me on after I asked. Never did get an email from Booking.com that morning.. Not really sure what that room cost me.

Front desk folks friendly & and their available 24/7 if anything is needed.

Mattress was overly soft not sure if that means it’s kinda old.
