Awesome evening and early morning ladies taking care of guest services. Give them a raise. You have two customer care employees that are great at what they do for people. Love being able to grab coffee going out the door early in morning (5 a.m) even though breakfast wasn't available. Thank you for that amenity to hit the road with a hot cup of joe.

We were very pleased with our experience at the hotel. I have just one single complaint.

The air-condition unit was quite noisy. It cooled fine. But when the compressor kicked on, it made a rather irritating rattling sound until the compressor turned off.

Nice facilities

They took the 50 dollars off my card instead of a hold and I'm still trying to get it resolved. I was told I was going to get a call back and still haven't! I will be calling back in few minutes

The breakfast was out of a lot of food items. The hostess said they were out of the food as in muffins, bread, yogurt. I was not pleased with the breakfast.

Been better equipped to meet the demand of the guest. Refilled items as they ran out.

Appreciate the fact that you have some vending machines on the property, and beverages in the lobby. We were hungry about 9 pm - found granola bars in vending machine, and had hot chocolate from lobby beverages!

My husband is handicapped. The bathroom needs a bar attached to the wall by the commode that can be used when getting up from commode.

Employees were nice, place was quiet and beds were comfy.

Upon entry floor was slippery, bathroom had hair every where. Breakfast next day was ok not great but ok. Sausage was burnt and hard, eggs were nasty.

Bed, Sheets seems to be too small. Kept coming up off mattress and seem like the foot was more elevated than the head which made my back hurt. Toilet was a bit low

Easy access from freeway. Clean room.

Wi-Fi and internet bad. Haven’t received a bill notice in email yet.
