Everyone that worked at the facility was pleasant and very kind and helpful.

We had one of the bigger rooms however the carpet had red stains on quite a few areas, which made me leery. And there was a slump/unevenness in the floor which caused constant tripping. Other than that it was nice. Just one more thing, I think the breakfast should’ve been complementary

The room was nice, very comfortable bed, clean. Front desk was very helpful and courteous. One can walk to the Mississippi Civil Rights Museum from there and the Amtrak is right across the street. Downtown was pretty deserted at night but getting to the more lively end of town was quick and inexpensive.

The building/property is so beautiful. The units were clean. Breakfast was and a restaurant were available and there was also a mini store to purchase some drinks/water or snacks. The capitol and other government buildings were nearby for a tour.

The staff could've been better. The valet ripped us off. Gave him $40 cash which included a $18 tip and then the front desk charged my card too. Went to tell them about us already paying and she said they don't accept cash which we didn't know when paying for the service. Did get our $22 back ,but I had to catch a attitude and basically demand it.

I wasn’t aware of the parking and it’s crazy they don’t do free breakfast with the prices of the rooms being high and the neighborhood is very poor. They also didn’t have any more big towel and the sitting fee is ridiculous. We had to pay 50 dollars for each night we stayed there! With that area things shouldn’t be that high and difficult! With all that being said, I enjoyed my bday weekend 🥰🎉🎂🎁

Ms. Annie! She was the nicest, caring, warm and friendly person. She addressed every concern and want for our group for the week. It was such a pleasure meeting her.

Paying 28.00 per night to park was disappointing.

The room was great.... the hotel itself was wonderful..

I didn't eat breakfast because I was unclear as to what was available for me, and what I had to pay for. I didn't know the price I paid for my room didn't include everything... the pool was freezing cold indoors... and when I decided to give it a shot, it was filled with children and they destroyed the work out room too.. I just thought maybe someone would be on standby for that?

Close the the college that my daughter attending very nice people that work there. Valet people was professional

Elevator floors were not clean need to be updated on the rooms

Service was great. I booked a King room originally but it was not going to be available for another 20 minutes and we needed to get ready for dinner so we were upgraded to a queen suite which was perfect for us. Valet parking attendants were awesome. When we got there he asked if we would be going to dinner that evening. We told him in about 30-45 minutes and he left our vehicle right in front so we didn't have to wait when we came down. Its the little things that make service great!

The hotel was perfect not much open around it though.

The valet’s were very friendly and professional! The lady at the front desk was very kind. The breakfast area was convenient and the food was delicious! The room was clean and the floor I stayed on was quiet.

The pool area was closed and my husband and I didn’t get to swim during our stay. During check-in , I wasn’t made aware of it and my husband and I got dressed to swim and walked to the pool area and discovered it was under construction. The swimming pool was one of the amenities we were excited about. I wish someone had told me the pool would be closed upon arrival!
