Clean facility, staff gave fast and friendly service.

Cleaning staff bamming on door several times at 9am in the morning and check out wasn’t until noon. The maid said she was just checking to see if I was in there?! I went down to get breakfast around 930 and they were already closed so was only able to get juice and a bagel. All hot items were taken away. When I got back to room it felt and smelled like someone had been in there.

The hotel is centrally located to where I wanted to be, and it is about 20 minutes away from the airport. There are good restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I was able to attend an online meeting from the room without any problems.

The staff that welcomed us at our arrival was very friendly and accommodating. The morning staff both mornings of our stay were kind and outgoing - especially the lady in charge of the breakfast. She was amazing.

The lady working the desk on Friday night was not as helpful. She was obviously tired and seemed put out to come to the desk when I went to buy some waters for my son and I. Then she was unsure how to work the computer to take a cash payment, so I had to use a card.

I stay here every time I go to Jackson I'm a Marriot member but sometimes they don't have the best deal so I go through bookings this is my home away from home From day one when I first discovered this location I can smell the bleach in the sheets to this day I still smell the bleach in the sheets they are so clean the rooms are gorgeous this is again like I said my go-to place in Jackson my home away from home

As stated above the property is clean very well. security driving by every five minutes I’ve never been there around the Christmas holidays but they have decorated just as beautiful as it is all year round the Christmas decorations were gorgeous love it loves it love it

Great location. Nice pool. Big rooms. Included sitting room and kitchen. Good breakfast. V chatty staff. On our way there we came across a wildlife park which is worth a visit. Cash only

This hotel is great for those either passing through or staying for a couple of nights. It was spacious, clean and provided everything we could ever need.

The room was huge with amazing facilities, really clean and comfortable and there was a restaurant just round the corner
