We booked 1 Deluxe Double Room. Plenty of pillows. King bed. Kitchenette. Our room had a tub and shower combo. The second room was a King room. It had a shower with a seat in it. Clean. TV worked fine. Warm breakfast sausage, eggs, grits, bisquits. Four types of fruit juice. Coffee. Creamers. Room temperature good. Restaurants within a short walking distance from the hotel. Plenty of parking.

If you are traveling with a firearm they have a no guns sign. The shower without a tub was slippery and my son almost fell. He loved the size of the shower and the water stream, however. Our key card worked fine. The other room they had to try multiple times for the door to open.

Staff were really helpful and willing to make sightseeing and food recommendations. The property was clean, safe, and the beds were comfortable. The other guests and their children were not disruptive. The breakfast was better than average though lacking in fresh fruit. AC was solid.

Three things for improvement are that (1) my coffee pods did not fit my coffee maker, (2) non-slip strips had been removed from the tub and left it more slippery than a regular tub, and (3) the fridge needed to be defrosted. Ice packs for my medications froze to the ice block, and water dripped into my food. One thing that is just a fact of the place is that some rooms face the freeway. I slept with earplugs and it was fine. People inside the property were not noisy at all.

Everything!! Bed and pillows soft and very clean. No stains. Large room high ceilings. Microwave refrigerator and coffee maker in room. All Staff was very friendly. Large kitchen dining/ setting area with cards and games for the family to play. Breakfast was awesome eggs sausage link and patties, waffles syrup , large fluffy biscuits great cooked there they had butter, honey and bagels, raisins bread ,yogurt oranges. Cereals and milk Apple, cranberry and orange juices. . And of course coffee. It was like breakfast buffet.

I loved the front desk clerk. I believe her name is spelled Kashana. She made the entire process of checking in better by being very well prepared as I arrived. She’s the best person at this hotel and definitely deserves a raise just for her positive enthusiastic attitude alone. Absolutely loved her within only a 3 minute encounter.

The side door entrance was not available. Parking was limited

The breakfast and location were good. Each staff person I interacted with was consistently friendly, humorous and professional. They answered all of my questions and provided much needed information about the area. They were a breath of fresh air and one of the reasons I will return to the property.

The bathroom really needs a makeover or renovation. I was relieved that it was somewhat clean. I also missed having the collapsible stand to sit my luggage on.

EVERYTHING!!! From the first front desk employee when we first checked in to the last minute late checkout we were able to receive in a pinch, I absolutely loved staying there and have told EVERYONE about our experience and how much we enjoyed it. I always get nervous when it's just my daughter and I traveling, especially late at night and being on a budget had me even more concerned about whether we would end up in a good place or not. But it was great!!! 10/10 we WILL be back!!!

I didn't have a single complaint other than I wish we were able to stay longer

The check in staff was great. Loved the room, very comfortable and the breakfast was great. It was quiet. The mural on our floor was beautiful!

The morning front desk girls were not like the evening check in ladies. The 2 morning desk ladies were mostly in the back and not welcoming. I reported that our floor smelt like someone was smoking pot, and that it reeked of weed. They didn't seem to care.

The price, location, and staff were great. The bed was comfortable, and the online check-in made my experience much faster and easier—very convenient. The common areas of the hotel are well-maintained, as well as the exterior, which adds to a good overall impression.

I found a chocolate wrapper on the floor of my room, and the bedsheet wasn’t properly fitted. Also, the bathrooms need renovation.
