We really enjoyed our stay at the Prado Hotel. I'm pretty picky about hotels and I was a little nervous going into this one, not knowing what to expect but reading glowing reviews. The absolute best thing about this place is the staff. They work very hard and seem to want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was well-stocked, but the dinner! WOW! The evening reception included free drinks and a wonderful meal. There were so many options that we didn't try them all. The rooms were recently updated and clean. I hope this lovely little place can keep up the quality. I imagine prices are so low right now to attract business. I just hope it doesn't bring in questionable people.

The area is a bit crazy around this hotel, right off the highway and a major intersection. While I felt 100% safe in the hotel, I definitely wouldn't go walking around this area because it is so busy.

The room was very clean, when I called the front desk for more towels, the towels were delivered in less than 5 minutes!!! Breakfast was good and hot, staff was available to help, constantly cleaning, and I loved the buffet style that was set up.

The bathroom floor did not appear to be a clean as I would like, it had some sort of sticky substance in spots as if something was dripped on the floor that went un-noticed by the cleaning crew. It was only a few spots and nothing I couldn't tolerate during my stay.

Probably the best hotel in Jackson, MS. Lovely and spacious rooms, extremely comfortable. Large bathroom. Excellent and kind service with a smile. Took care of everything immediately. The free breakfast was delicious and included eggs, bacon, sausage, and biscuits with gravy. The free evening repast included free drinks and delicious food consisting of hot dogs, chips and salsa, meatballs and mashed potatoes, plain steamed vegetables, and mixed-greens salad with grape tomatoes. I loved that healthy options were included and everything was fresh, hot, and tasty. We will return! This is a great hotel!

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Very clean and neat. The Breakfast is amazing and never disappoints. We stay here often and will continue to enjoy. I'm excited about the upgraded planned for this property.

Must have been spring break because there were a lot of kids running around. No fault of the hotel at all. Parents could have had more control, but kids will be kids.

My room was clean. I had the option to have it cleaned during my stay but it was not necessary. I love that I could eat at the hotel if I felt like I did not want to leave once I came back from work. The location was excellent in proximity to shopping and restaurants.

I was satisfied overall. I have nothing to complain about. This is the only hotel I stayed at when I am in town for work although I have family that I could stay with.

The staff is great! Love the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet. We travel for soccer tournaments and have tried different places. This is the first hotel in Jackson that we’ve booked twice and will continue for future tournaments.

Actual coke and candy machines instead of having to buy it at the market in the lobby. Maybe an extra 30 min added to dinner buffet.

I loved the facility! I loved the room! Everything was soooo comfortable! I GOT DINNER EVERY NIGHT, AND BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING. My guest and I got 3 free drinks a piece. Everything was sooooo nice I couldn't complain and of I did I would be reaching... omg let's not mention the hot showers in the private bathroom. The inside pool that goes outside as well.

This was a great place to stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean, Comfortaable beds. Great breakfast. We had a small trailer. Part of their parking area is within locked gates that you open with your room Key. We parked in there, and it was so good to know it was a safe place to park the trailer, we took a day trip the next day, and they allowed us to leave the trailer within the locked area. We liked this motel so well, we stayed an extra night.

The furnishings were a bit worn, if that bothers you.....(it does not bother us.) There was one maintenance issue in our room, but it actually didn't affect our stay at all.

Staff was really nice and had great recommendations. Some drinks were included in the price and also breakfast and another meal. No complaints there. Whirlpool and fitness center was also good. For this price definitely 9/10...

Street was hearable and fridge was a little too loud, but nothing negative. We knew we'd sleep next to a highway. AC too cool in every room, but that's America............

It was clean and comfortable. It was a good value. Breakfast was good.

There was a party of young adults in the pool area. They were loud. There were women in thongs who were twerking and videotaping themselves. They were openly smoking marijuana. It made me uncomfortable because my children were swimming and seeing all of this. The area also didn't seem very safe.
