It was a good location and even though I booked a non-smoking room somehow in the process it got changed to a smoking room, which was disgusting, but I was able to use a candle and some incense and it was fine. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was nice.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that I am a human and however, I chose or the computer chose a smoking room. I wish they would’ve accommodated me with a non-smoking room, but after leaving the door open and burning incense and a candle a candle, it wasn’t too bad.

perfect! room was small but clean! even tho it was a smoking room (I typically don't book a smoking cause asthma) the handicap accessible bars were A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.! My front desk check in went smoothly and super easily and she was SO POLITE! Politeness is not something I'm accustomed to receiving in Jackson so this was SUCH an amazing surprise! I literally want to be friends with my front desk check in lady because she was so polite y'all!

Location is great. Staff were nice and accommodating.

The room was kinda small well compared to the other hotels we’ve been to at this price range. We arrived pretty late so we almost had no spot for parking. And it was cold that time we checked in, I think the heater was not working well, didn’t complain to staff because we were just staying for a couple of hours only since it was just a quick stopover.

Clean room, front desk receptionist very, very polite and understanding. Privacy and location of the room was perfect. Perfect lighting at night and the in the morning when I returned from work at different hours. I felt very safe. All of the respectionist, very prompt and took care of my needs

Didn’t get any sleep had to many people coming in and out to much noise doors had to large cracks under the door had to put a towel under the bottom need to pay attention who keep coming in and out their place there where people coming in and out all day kept put their alarm on every time they came in every 15 to 20 minutes

Well we been coming for years I love how y’all upgraded the place ! It’s really nice & how it has a microwave & fridge now !

I work with the public every day and each and every one of them I mentioned possess outstanding qualities regarding professionalism and people skills. The price was good. Bed was good. Room was clean

No coffee or breakfast for guests that morning. Strong smell of dope in a lot of rooms.

Very great place to stay.. highly recommended for a great price.. Wasn't sure at first but once I got there, I will certainly be staying again on my next visit😍

I didn't like the parking but everything else was perfect

The bed was not pleasant. Would’ve been fine had I not felt the springs and sunk in. I’m thankful I went alone as I only weigh 105 lbs. I can’t imagine how a heavy person would feel!
