Perfect Location. Comfortable beds and pillows and good size pull out couch bed.

1- no real spot for dogs to do business except along side the main road 2- had a reservation for 2 kids and 2 adults. Room came with only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths and no blanket for pull out bed. I didn’t mind having to get extra towels at desk but they said they had no blankets available for the kids except a sheet. Thankfully we are in the middle of a cross country move and had a blanket in the car the kids could use, but if not, two of us wouldn’t even get a blanket.

Cleanliness and comfort were outstanding

There were no ice machines on any floors, very inconvenient. There was only 1 working elevator out of 4 for the weekend. Linens were not enough for our family. There was 3 of us and only 2 towels a day. Had to ask everyday for an extra one.

no literature about the hotel. Except what was given with your room key. Needed larger piece of info. Along with TV guide. Also, no bottle of water for the coffee. Do not trust Jackson Mississippi water. Some furniture could use upholstery repair. Also drain in bathroom sink did not work properly. DID NOT LIKE main entrance being blocked by single car for two hours. The car was occupied with people gathered around chatting and made no interest in moving. No one in the hotel made an effort to have the car moved to accommodate guest. I question if these people were guest? Paying $149 a night.

Great room, king bed and sofa sleeper. Bathroom large and plenty of hot water. Close proximity to many activities.

Vending was not on our floor. Was told after we checked out that vending/ice was on 3rd floor. Obviously they are in the process of redoing the vending options.

Staff were amazing especially as our booking company had not sent the booking through the desk guys sorted straight away .Food on site was great ,breakfast was great varied choice and restuarants on site good food at reasonable price

Resturant was a little cold . Hotel is on a mall area which meant quite busy and away from city so need a car or uber to visit

The staff was awesome especially Gerica she helped us out a lot it was a safe place to park your cars and there was always security there to make our stay more comfortable the rooms were cleanand the pillows were soft as well was the bed

The only thing I had a problem with was my toilet was not flushing and the bed I just don’t know what to say and they need better pillows.

I did not have the breakfast. There were some shady looking people hanging around the parking lot.

The property is looking old and is in need of a make over and the ice machine did not work on my floor.

The hotel was in a very safe area and the rooms were spacious.

The elevators broke down which greatly inconvenienced us bringing out luggage down from the 11th floor, along with many other customers, and the staff didn’t seem to be doing much to help.
