Where do I begin? First off, this was our first time ever staying at this hotel or this named hotel period. Everything was so good! My husband and I have nothing bad to say at all! Everyone of the staff was friendly and greeted us anytime we went to or past the desk. We got one of the king rooms and it met our expectations plus some! We seriously did not want to leave! If we could’ve stayed forever or atleast one more day we would have! We will DEFINITELY be visiting and staying again as much as we are blessed to be able to. Oh and don’t let me forget to mention the most comfortable bed, I have been searching for the same mattress to replace ours that hurts my back haha. Oh and the a/c was TOP TIER! I HAVE to be cold when I sleep and it was kicking it even with how hot it’s been! Needless to say my husband and I will be staying again and I will recommend this hotel to any and everyone!

I think the only thing I’d have something negative to say is the pool was a little underwhelming. I definitely think if they do any renovations, a renovated pool would be a good idea. But my hisband and I still swam and enjoyed our time! :)

I met an unwelcome crawling visitor in the bathroom (this is one of those expected/hope not to see occurrences) where there is food you will find undesirables. The hot water went out during the last few days of my stay (it took me back to my days growing up in the Caribbean - we improvised and made our hot water!) My biggest complaint is the waste of food. I watched staff toss good food and I asked if there was a homeless shelter, fire station, Salvation Army any social services in the area that could use the food donations. As a community activist, I strongly encourage engaging your Corporate Responsibility Team to look for ways to give back to the community.

I absolutely love my stay here in the king studio. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was the most seasoned and savory breakfast that I've ever eaten at a hotel, very delicious. I love the 12 o'clock check out time, it was the biggest selling point for me. I got to eat breakfast then slept a few hours more without feeling rushed.

I have no complaints.

Beautiful clean large rooms with kitchen The rooms are big enough to fit eight and I was in a single king which had a sofa bed, customer service amazing Marsha was super helpful and very attentive as I walk in and doing the check in process the young man at breakfast always smiling and saying good morning asking if anyone needs anything even the young lady AA super young about 23 was friendly we talk about makeup and getting room service this was an overall beautiful stay with amazing hotel staffs who are attentive but also respected your privacy as a guest. Plus they have my favorite candy at the front desk

Marsha acknowledgement when I walk through the door, her customer service skills are impressive., my beautiful large clean room housekeeping did really well on everything plus the room have stove little to my knowledge wasn't expecting the residents to have kitchen but it does for longer stays guest.

The location was ideally placed( discreet, but in the center of everything), the staff and room exceeded my initial expectations by being super accommodating, friendly and the room was clean, well equipped, comfortable and a really nice size. Would definitely recommend this establishment to everyone. The options to stream Netflix and HBO were a big plus as well!

they are always accommodating to my needs not to mention the staff is extremely professional. The hotel is very clean and the atmosphere is perfect for a family with kids and they even welcome pets. They are never one place I stay at when I come to Jacksonville ridgeland area I’ve stated a couple other hotels in that area and they by far do not match up to the Hyatt and there’s this one in particular front desk. Lady, her name is ccars like that elegant restaurant I’m guessing is elegant. I’ve never been, but if it’s anything like this woman I would say elegant she has a very positive attitude she goes out of her way to help you and always see a smile on her face. Whoever is in charge of this hotel is doing an amazing job. Keep up the good work and kudos to you guys. What . an amazing team and then also not to leave the maids out. They do an amazing job on cleaning the room again this hotel is very inviting pet friendly and definitely a hotel for someone who has kids if your traveling to Jackson I need a place to rest and you want to feel like you’re at home go to the Hyatt in Ridgeland . And then you’ll understand why my review is so long. Thanks guys always a pleasure.

This location didn't have water and didn't notify me of this ahead of time and just canceled my registration I could've transfer my reservation to another location just very poor customer service

Great breakfast. Quiet room.

I had to be moved from first room because of some noise coming from the water pipes. The second room was fine.

The breakfast was amazing.The staff was very helpful and nice.We enjoyed swimming and playing basketball.The building was clean n smelled really nice.I enjoyed my stay I will be coming back soon.

I didn’t like the fact we had to wet the lobby up walking threw it to get towels once we got out the pool.

I love that it had two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped. Not to mention the breakfast. My family ate a good hearty breakfast.
