My go to place whenever I come to MS to see my family! I love that the hotel rooms have full suites with full kitchenettes and that the bedrooms are separate from the sofa area. Gives apartment type feels vs open concept hotel rooms.

My only complaint was that I had to repack my room after getting settled to switch rooms because my first room did not have any hot water at all, even after letting it run for a while. But the hotel staff swiftly got my family and I switched to a bigger better room with hot water!

Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a lot of options.

No ice in fountain or ice machine. Staff was able to get me some ice when I requested, though. Our accessible room had a broken window that was taped up (not an issue, just unsightly), and the only plug in in the bathroom is blocked by the light trim on the mirror. One shower lever was pulled away from the wall, also.

All the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The kids had a great time swimming. Cant wait to return.

I wish the pool area had some sound absorbers. It is very loud when you are in there. A couple of the machines in the fitness room would not come on. None of these things were a game changer. I look forward to staying there again.

This facility is fairly new with all modern equipment and amenities. It was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was good and the eating area was a nice size and very clean. The room was spacious and the separate areas were nice if someone wants to sleep before others.

There are no complaints. It was a great facility.

Great location. Easy to get in and out.

Some of the guests are really noisy. Up all night dropping things on the floor and moving furniture around. I needed to sleep for a work related license exam the next morning. I couldn’t go to sleep because of the noise. There should be quite hours after 9pm. And guest should have to abide by them. I’m supposed to return in a few days. Thinking about canceling my reservation and staying somewhere else.

This was a very nice hotel! It was very clean and the staff were all very nice and welcoming! The complimentary breakfast was so good! I will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit!

This is our second time at this property we came back because of how nice the staff is and the cleanest.

Well, it’s not the property fault but this stay was horrible because of the kids playing in the hallway knocking on people doors.

It was in the perfect location for the surgery center and with restaurants and shopping not far away

I was specific with my bathroom of choice when I made my booking due to me having surgery but they assign me a different room without the accessible bathroom. They were unable to change my room because they were booked even with people checking out.

Me and my wife birthday and anniversary was all n that week. We really enjoyed our stay. Clean comfortable and great staff. Most importantly pet friendly for our fur baby

Every staff member I came across was very kind and personable. Even at 4 am when I came to ask a question, the gentleman was friendly and attentive. The meal and beer on Tuesday night was good and dining area was clean.

There were lots of hairs on the floor in the bathroom, like it needed one more sweeping. The pool water was murky as well.
