We liked the location, the ambiance, the food, the design, comfort, and cleanliness of the room, Tabby the pool bartender, ease of check in, the view, the massage, masseuses, and massage waiting and changing areas, and the convenience of parking,

We did not like the hours of operations of the restaurants. The beauty of staying at a resort is that I should not have to leave to do basic things like eating. At 10 PM, there should still be food options available inside of the resort. With the exception of a couple of the bartenders (Tabby for example.), the staff was not welcoming. They were helpful when asked a question, but it was clear that they helped out of obligation and not due to any actual concern. For example, we sat at a bar for nearly five minutes and neither of the bartenders acknowledged us until one overheard us discussing how they had not yet acknowledged our presence. It was not busy at the time, and neither were helping other customers.

Kirsten, who checked me in, and Troy, the doorman/ bellman, were over the top helpful and friendly. And this was Christmas night, when most everyone would rather be elsewhere than at work. Troy brought my bags to my room, tried to refuse a tip, and even let me park overnight under the Port- cochere . And Greg, when I made a reservation for January 5 some days before my stay, told me I could leave my car there (in the lot, not under the port-cochere!) in the interim I am gone. Kevin, the bartender, mixed and excellent drink and also was quite friendly.

Hmmm… Well, I could have used more coffee in the room as I make it strong, so made only two half cups. (This is all I can come up with to answer this question.) 😊

When we first drove up the experience of the view of the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. Good parking. Nice and friendly staff. Clean Clean Clean. When you enter the room the tv knows your name. The bedding feel amazing. The towels are gentle on your skin. The design of the hotel is nothing like I have even seen before it’s like your not even in Mississippi anymore. it’s a true getaway. This hotel defines luxury. The photos does no justice you must experience it in person. if I could make any suggestions it would be to add a hot tub to the pool area and add a spa. But it’s an amazing hotel. I took my husband here for his birthday. We will be back very soon. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was great, ample parking, very nice pool with a lazy river and patio bar/grill. Very nice golf course on site. Room was very spacious with nice accents, tv and furniture with places to set your things.

There is no comforter or blanket for the bed, just two flat white sheets as a cover so make sure to bring a blanket from home. Found what appears to be a Benadryl pill on my floor by the bed (that I didn’t bring) so thorough cleaning is skeptical now. My lamp didn’t work and the Starbucks only had black regular coffee. Bar service was great in the evening, strong drinks, even ordered a small meal.

The pool and lazy river were relaxing. The rooftop bar was nice and had a pretty good view. Not Atlanta, lol. The BLT with fried green tomatoes was awesome!

I don’t like down pillows and the bed was too soft for me. I’ve seen reviews about the staff not being friendly and rude to guests. They were not overly hospitable, but they did their jobs. I know the hotel is understaffed so they did well considering.

The hotel was beautiful. We loved being able to golf on the property and the massages at the hotel were a 10/10.

It was cold out so we couldn’t enjoy the pool but will be back this summer to! 10/10. The staff was amazing and so friendly!

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool area/ lazy river was nice.

No information in the rooms about the restaurants, pool access or check out. No microwave in the room. The chef in the restaurant did not know how to cook a steak. I ordered medium rare and it was grey. Sent it back. The next one was raw. I gave up. No discount was offered even though I only ate one bite.

Location was amazing. Probably one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Super impressed with that.

THE. STAFF. I know we didn’t interact with everyone but the ones we did were not kind. Very much made us feel like it was a bother we were even there. It was kinda upsetting :/

The place is beautiful! The rooms were very comfortable, & the breakfast was really good. We especially enjoyed the pool & the lazy river!

There was only one elevator working and many guests so that was not convenient.

Love the layout of the room - no bulky dresser to take up space. instead a wall length bench to place your luggage/bag so it’s convenient to get out what you need and also move around the room without bumping into things constantly. The pool and lazy river were perfect for getting out the travel wiggles after a long car trip.

I wish the pool bar stayed open a bit longer to order food and drinks without having to go inside every time you needed something, especially those of us with little ones that constantly need something and also need supervision.
