We did not stay at the Jackson facility where I was booked; we believe our room was given away. IT WAS DARK AND DIRTY. WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID NOT GET TO STAY THERE. We were booked at your downtown facility. AND WHAT A DIFFERENCE. Everything was perfect. The service was MEGA OUTSTANDING starting from the front desk to the next day when we were leaving, The hotel is elegant the room was beautiful. and the bar was not only beautiful, the bar tender was polite and efficient. The personnel at the place where our room was originally scheduled and given away need to take training from the downtown staff. The difference between the two is like comparing a ghetto to a mansion.

The staff was incredibly friendly even though I checked in very late at night. The room and facilities were very clean, and the room layout was very spacious while also being quite cozy. They had firm and soft pillows in the room to choose from, high quality linens, and good quality toiletries available if you forgot your own. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. The WiFi information was available on both the cards and in the room, and the wifi worked very well. The hotel location was great. It is just far enough from the city center and airport to not be incredibly noisy at night, but is still close enough to allow for convenient travel and food.

We didn't eat the breakfast, we were out viewing your lovely city. The location was perfect for shopping, restaurants and just walking around. It was our first time to Jackson and it wasn't disappointing, it was a business trip but we made it into a little vacation. Thanks to the staff and your lovely city for a pleasant trip.

I wish that the bed could have been adjustable for my husband has health issues.

The room was spacious and very clean. The pool was a great way to relax in the 90 plus weather. Very nice pool. Breakfast was very good for hotel food. Would have prefered bacon as I don't eat sausage but that is a personal preference. You had much different food selections to choose. The pancakes were hot and very good.

The minimum number of TV stations that the rooms have. Need a better cable service or purchase a larger package from provider. No halmark, TV land, Cozi, or game show, just very basic stations like local and news and various sports.

Location is very close to lot of restaurants. Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties. The breakfast seating next to pool was added bonus. Room was spacious and shower pressure was just right.

Each pack of boiled eggs was packaged with two eggs. It would be good to package them in singles to prevent any food waste.

It was easy to check in and out and the place was clean clean

The only thing was I got woke up by a running child above me @ 7AM I called the front desk to ask if they would call the room. If they did it didn't work all morning long no sleep .

We had someone next to us and the had a dog that would not stop barking we they was gone. I told the front desk for 2 days and nothing happen.

If someone has pets they should stay on a floor away from everyone and at the end of the hall.

The property is well maintained. Clean rooms. Comfortable space and bed in room. Breakfast is very good with so many options. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Overall we had a great experience

Luckily, we chose a room that included free breakfast. I think all rooms should come with free breakfast bc we we did ask the price and it was overpriced.
