Most staff was nice and friendly

The guy who checked us in wasn’t very nice and a 300.00 hold on top of the cost was placed on CC but I wasn’t asked, told or anything about it until I checked my bank account. Went back in asked about it and was told very aggressively that it is what it is and if I didn’t want that I could go else where. Explain to people that us all but I guess I was interpreting his phone call on his personal cell phone. The other agent during the day was rude also.

I travels down south from Missouri . I was able to get checked in on time.The staff was incredible ,friendly and efficient. My spouse and I both loved our room including the space it provided. We found the location to be a pulse with full access to restaurants and shopping centers.We are due back in town in September and are already booked at the same Home 2.

I found everything to be exceptable.

I like that it wasn’t over crowded. It was a nice quiet environment. I like the fact that when I called because my tv wouldn’t work and my bathroom had a dirty towel it in, someone came asap to resolve the issues. Overall it wasn’t spotless but it was really clean and that won me over.

CLEAN throughout the facility!! And second: staff was welcoming, breakfast options (esp fruit), hotel amenities equally as nice and well maintained, its a suite/hm this the dishes, full refrig, sink and microwave helpful and location and aesthetics was a plus (very near to family, eaters and stores).

My ONLY wish is that the coffee was stronger and hopefully at some point ALL hotel chains get rid of germ holding carpet

I loved the location. I wanted to be close to the hospital where my son is. I did have trouble finding a parking space after midnight. It was on a Saturday night so that's understandable. The breakfast had many options which was great. The biggest plus for me is that I was able to have my pet stay with me. Overall it was a very satisfying stay.

Breakfast was not appealing, left went to Whataburger, eggs looked dried out along with over cooked canadian bacon and water was not as hot in shower as we like it.

The hotel was quiet at night which made for a good night's rest. The people at the front desk were warm, friendly, and helpful. Whenever I needed paper towels or wash cloths they had them ready for me to pick up at the front desk. The kitchen area had a microwave, fridge and freezer and was stocked with dishes and silverware. Very nice.

I didn't like the way the heating and a/c unit sounded. It was too noisy for my liking. I was okay once I turned it off though. The water flow from the shower was moderate but manageable. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. I would stay again.

The location and the newness of the facility was nice.

My room was only cleaned once during my 7 night stay and that one time was only after asking.

Very clean, spacious rooms. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming!!! We hv stayed here many times and it is always consistent. The lobby always smells so wonderful!!!!

I felt safe in the area. There were lots of dining options close by. The front desk girl, Kristen, was on top of things.

More parking spaces in the parking lot. Someone parked behind us and it was tricky to get out of the space.
