Staff were quickly available each time we wanted to speak to them or wanted an extra service. Staff was professional and friendly. The facilities were quiet and clean and everything worked and was as it should be.

The stair steps seemed to be perpetually dirty (from frequent traffic ?). Breakfast experience could have been better but, was OK. . . There was surprise that at 7:00 AM the sausage, biscuits and gravy were barely warm. The sausage still had white/cold grease areas on them. There was a microwave that was used to heat it all. And, there was an issue with the waffle maker. It may have gotten too hot, though not sure, because the top and bottom of the waffle stuck to each side of it and had split in half. There was nothing to spray the waffle maker with prior to pouring in the mix. I did not bother to try and call staff for anything to spray it with. . .

When we arrived check in was great when we got to our room we found that we were put in a double bed when we booked a king room. We called down to have it corrected and they told us that they were having issues with booking.com. I asked if that was the case then why weren’t we informed at check-in? He couldn’t provide my husband and I with and explanation except that could refund our money which would take 3-5 business days. What would have been great was being put into our requested room or be informed at check-in about the problem with booking.com, but that would have been too much like right.

Location not far from food and hospital. In walking distance to applebees. Clean and very spacious. Their beds actually were queen sized verse most hotels who claim to have queen but are actually full size beds. Love that the floors in room are not carpet floors.

Bed most definitely needs to be updated. They were doable for one night stay but could be alot more comfortable. Please update your mattresses and tv could be bigger but the bed was the main thing I DID NOT LIKE AND THAT MAKES A ROOM REALLY.

I enjoyed the staff being very friendly! I was staying for my graduation and they actually cared that I was graduating and congratulated me! They were very genuine and excited for me as if I was family! This meant a lot to me! It was also very clean and neat inside and outside! It was quiet and safe as well! I will stay again when in the area!!!

Value for price paid. Safe location. Good curb appeal. Helpful staff. Calm place. No drama. A little breakfast available which I need before taking morning meds. Nice large room refrigerator. Decaf coffee was available for in room use which is rare at economy hotels. Convenient and plentiful electric outlets.

No newspaper available either in dining room or in a rack for purchase. Mattress was acceptable but not great. Bed covering and blanket looked a bit worn.

Friendly staff at check-in and check out. I was given an upgrade to my room. Everything was clean.

Wasn't a fan of not having the noise of the big old AC units, it was just too quiet when the air kicked off lol but that's a personal preference

The staff were polite. The rooms were clean. It was quiet and easy to get to from the hospital.

The coffee was not great but then im an old fashion coffee snob. I like a good robust coffee.

Staff and room was excellent. Rooms remind me of a studio apartment. Staff were nice. Great porch for smoking and relaxing. Breakfast was ok. Not much there to my liking but it was laid out nicely and pretty good coffee (Community). Will stay there again. Oh, and room was clean. I was surprised about shower curtain was clean. Most places they are not.

Mattress was very firm, again to my likings. And the soap, lotion and shampoo wasn't my cup of tea, but at least they supplied them.

Seemed like a sketchy location; but turned out to be a quiet,uneventful stay with no problems.

They didn't have coffee in the room or at the lobby.
