The property is in a very nice location. Close to shopping and dining. There is a Walmart less than 5 miles down the road. There is a target and a Kroger directly in front of the hotel. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. These beds are probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds you are going to find for this price point. Heated mirrors in the bathroom. Overall a wonderful property.

The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the renovations taking place because the floor was quite uneven and I have a broken foot and am in a walking boot and found walking on the main floor difficult due to the roughness of the floor. Once the renovations are completed it will be beautiful and there will be nothing I do not like.

We really liked the location, but know you are by an airport.

We asked for our room to be cleaned once during our two weeks; even though they offer daily cleaning. When we got back that evening, we had no bath towels. I went down to the front desk and got some. When I got back to the room, I noticed one of the pillows missing and then checked the bed and the sheets had not been changed. I went back down to the front desk. I got a, I'm sorry that happened. The desk person was nice, but nothing was done about the lack of re-setting the room. They didn't say we'll make sure you get another pillow and someone to change the sheets tomorrow. At that point, I didn't want anyone back in the room.

The breakfast was great- they were out of the fresh fruit and yogurt after the baseball team came through and I would have loved for them to replenish it but it was there earlier. I also would have loved some grits, even instant like the oatmeal would have been nice, but they had hash brown potatoes. Server was nice! Also the hotel called my cell after we had been gone about 45 min and reported that I had left a yeti type of cup- which I appreciated!

The lighting in the room was very dim- the bathroom was fine.

Location is great, close by to restaurants, shopping center and few miles from JAN airport. Friendly customer service and cleanliness of the room.

Pillows were not the greatest.They were very small and went flat when you laid on them.

Our flight was delayed by 6 hours. We arrived at Jackson Evers Airport at midnight only to find that we had very nearly no way to get to the hotel. There was no shuttle, it was not walkable, and no Uber or Lyft drivers took our fare. We rode with someone who happened to want to make a few bucks that night. It would have been nice if there had been better transportation options!
