The locations was perfect. Breakfast was okay. Nothing that couldn't be made at home though, but nice to know it was there in case we needed it. My booking got messed up somehow, so when we arrived they weren't able to give me the room I'd originally booked. However, management and staff bumped us up to a nicer suite, so that was really awesome of them to do that! My kids also really loved the playground and getting to go swimming in the heated pools!

The indoor pool really needs to be vented when its busy, and especially after treatment. There were a lot of people when we went and the chlorine was so strong, I ended up with a massive migraine. Luckily I had some meds, but when its too hot like that, you're pretty much breathing in chlorine gas, so staff may want to check on that from time to time.

Our condo was so nice and clean ! We had a 2 bdrm and it was very spacious!! The beds were so comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked ! The coffee pot was awful 😖 but we made it work .loved the jscuxxi!! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the brook running. The TVs are a little out of date, so there is no streaming, but that didn't bother us as we did not watch it much. The activities center was very cool there is something for everyone here! It was a great weekend! I def recommend this place to any family or couple!!

I loved how clean and nice our room was for our family. The cost was extremely reasonable too. Also the recreation room was great.

I could have done without the woman smoking on her balcony across from my room. I also could have done without whoever split my stay up for 2 different stays when in fact it wasn’t and housekeeping tried to come clean my room during our stay halfway through.

We actually stayed at the falls by Wyndham in Branson after some error in booking. Which they upgraded us to a larger room at another one of their properties, which was The Falls by Wyndham. It was a good stay!

I didn't like that the Wi-Fi was not working. The information that was given to sign into Wi-Fi was not working. There were many different networks that I could not connect to. It wasn't a deal breaker in that I didn't use it that much and was fine with my phone data, and we were on the go the whole time. But my son wasn't able to connect his X-box through Wi-Fi

Just about everything - pool, club room, very nice staff, spacious accommodations, well stocked kitchen, coffee.

First night neighbors ran Jacuzzi until almost midnight. We could hear and feel the vibrations from the jets in our room. Not much the management could do about it, but very annoying.

Clean for the most part. Felt safe. Close to many things.

The surprise fee of a hold of $250 that is put on your card at check in and released at check out did not feel acceptable to me as it was nowhere stated until check in. Walls were paper thin. The people above us were screaming most of the night and morning and walking very loudly. Other than those two things it was a decent experience.

The location was great, we did not even know about the breakfast, but we were quite pleased with the location and the rooms were nice, also liked the large tub, although it filled and drained very slowly...

We could have had a fireplace as I am sure SOME units have, but not really anything to complain about!

The room was clean. The pool wasn’t far away. The pool areas were clean. The staff is super friendly! And the beds! The beds were sooo comfortable!

We got lost trying to check in. But we just didn’t understand that the office was in a different spot.

The room was above expectations. Felt like our own apartment and not a hotel. Plenty of room and so wonderful to have a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The whole family enjoyed this. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of space.

Was not told bout breakfast being offered!

Being asking 3-4 times bout wanting to attend Sessions on owning a time-share!!!
