Nice sized and well furnished condominium. Beds were comfortable. Pool was good sized and clean. Mini-golf was available too.

Hard sell on timeshares by staff just to get a "parking pass", which was annoying. $50 charge if you agree and don't attend.

Size of the suite was excellent, enjoyed the pool and the fish, frog and turtle pond.

The jacuzzi tube and shower combo were very awkward to use for taking a shower! There is Not a lot of insulation so the upstairs tenants woke us up every day tromping through their suite. We could also hear every time they opened their sliding door and showered or flushed the bathroom. I did not like the air conditioning vents being above my head blowing down on my head, good way to get a head infection! They are extremely bad in the kitchen and dining area, makes your food cool down way too fast.

The included mini golf was a pleasant surprise and we utilized it several times. The secluded location with the screened in deck with a river view was awesome.

These buildings have no elevator access. And even with the building we were put in being completely EMPTY they still gave us a third floor room. A first floor room would have been much better. I also didn’t like the sales pitch to attend a presentation. When I said no the first time she acted like I was stupid to turn down the incentive offered to attend. Then when I say ok I was unable to because they required a credit card.

It’s clean, very lite up at night for security reasons and the location is great for us. We only stay here when we come to Branson. Very pleased overall. The condo was updated which was a huge plus. The last time we stayed in July 2024, we had a condo that was not up standards in your facility and was a little disappointed but this time, much better! 👍

Overall, I can’t think of anything that strikes me as disappointing except to ensure that all your condos are well kept and the rugs are clean. One of the condos we stayed at in July 2024 was in the very back and was not up to par but other that all other times have been very very satisfactory. We like the condos in the very middle that have the elevator for ease and comfort getting to and from our condo. Makes getting settled and leaving much easier for us. (And no we’re not disabled nor old) We just like comfort and ease especially after a long drive.

We LOVED our stay at The Suites at Fall Creek. It was just like you see in the web site and more. Spacious clean rooms. The staff was wonderful. The grandkids loved everything as well. We loved the fact that there were BBQ grills so close to access. The activity center has so much to offer. It was a quite place to relax and just enjoy. You have everything you need in one place. We will use The suites at fall creek for our next stay in Branson and would recommend it to everyone.

The only thing was the bed itself was a little harder than what we liked. So for us a softer bed. Other than that we absolutely have no dislikes.

We liked the easy check-in and the location of our unit. The unit was nice even though outdated everything worked accordingly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub when available. The staff was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Laurie, Zach, and Janelle(hope I spelled those right). Your recommendations and assistance in making my son's 10th birthday amazing were greatly appreciated as this was our 1st time in Branson.

Our only cons were indoor pool was closed for repairs so the outdoor pool was slightly crowded but manageable. Then there were plenty of vents in the unit but the AC just didn't get the job done so we had to purchase fans from the local Walmart which was an inconvenience and I am now the proud owner of 3 stand-up fans. I did try to return them since we only used them for 48 hours, but Walmart said no returns on fans, so maybe pack one just in case. None of this was so bad that I would not recommend or stay here again.

My husband and I love staying at the Suites at Fall Creek. We were here for the Branson Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist contest, which is a 3 day event each year. There is some downtime between the events so we come back to our suites and enjoy hanging out, playing cards and games at the dining room table, eating, watching TV, sitting out on the balcony which has a table and chairs. The place is large and very homey with a full kitchen, dining room, bedroom with king bed, and large bathroom. We have stayed here many times. We cannot beat it for the price!

The only thing we don’t really care for about the property is the jetted tubs are configured in a corner of the bathrooms and have no grab bars. They are rather hard to get in and out of.

We always stay here. We love the location and that the fact the grounds are jested up nicely with security. The place is well lite at night which makes us feel safe especially coming back from a late show etc.

We stayed in a studio which conjoins a 1 bedroom suite (if both doors were to be opened and we knew the other guest) The people in the suite had small children and were very loud which made it very difficult to go to sleep. We could hear everything they were saying and not trying to ease drop.

The room was excellent. Very nice and clean. We loved the outdoor screened in porch. The grounds were landscaped beautifully and we loved the ponds and waterfall. There was everything there that a person could want. Activities, games, swimming, boating, restaurants, convenience store.

The bed. We didn't like the bed at all. It was to hard for our liking. We barely slept at all. Even though the bed was hard we would stay there again and bring our memory foam topper with us. We have a thinner one that is just for traveling. I don't know why we didn't bring it this time.

It was a very nice property for the value close to the water and to town. It had an outdoor and indoor pool. It had a mini fridge and kitchenette with all kitchen necessities. It was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great water pressure. Heat/Air worked great. Nice flat screen TV. Quiet and peaceful. Easy after hour check in.

The bed and couch were not comfortable in the least. When taking a shower, it did not drain fast, and you ended up with a tub full of water. You ran out of hot water in 10 -15 minutes, not enough time to shower, wash and conditon hair, and shave. My husband had to wait 30 minutes for hot water to return and water to drain so that he could shower. Outdated. Carpet in bedroom area. Wallpaper boarder was falling off the wall in the bathroom.
