It’s clean, very lite up at night for security reasons and the location is great for us. We only stay here when we come to Branson. Very pleased overall. The condo was updated which was a huge plus. The last time we stayed in July 2024, we had a condo that was not up standards in your facility and was a little disappointed but this time, much better! 👍

Overall, I can’t think of anything that strikes me as disappointing except to ensure that all your condos are well kept and the rugs are clean. One of the condos we stayed at in July 2024 was in the very back and was not up to par but other that all other times have been very very satisfactory. We like the condos in the very middle that have the elevator for ease and comfort getting to and from our condo. Makes getting settled and leaving much easier for us. (And no we’re not disabled nor old) We just like comfort and ease especially after a long drive.

The room was excellent. Very nice and clean. We loved the outdoor screened in porch. The grounds were landscaped beautifully and we loved the ponds and waterfall. There was everything there that a person could want. Activities, games, swimming, boating, restaurants, convenience store.

The bed. We didn't like the bed at all. It was to hard for our liking. We barely slept at all. Even though the bed was hard we would stay there again and bring our memory foam topper with us. We have a thinner one that is just for traveling. I don't know why we didn't bring it this time.

It was a very nice property for the value close to the water and to town. It had an outdoor and indoor pool. It had a mini fridge and kitchenette with all kitchen necessities. It was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great water pressure. Heat/Air worked great. Nice flat screen TV. Quiet and peaceful. Easy after hour check in.

The bed and couch were not comfortable in the least. When taking a shower, it did not drain fast, and you ended up with a tub full of water. You ran out of hot water in 10 -15 minutes, not enough time to shower, wash and conditon hair, and shave. My husband had to wait 30 minutes for hot water to return and water to drain so that he could shower. Outdated. Carpet in bedroom area. Wallpaper boarder was falling off the wall in the bathroom.

I love the landscaping on the property. Everything was easy to access, with an elevator to the upper floors. Our room was comfortably laid out, with a very comfortable bed and plenty of fresh towels—a large TV with plenty of pre-paid channels for almost anything you want to watch.

Our stay was on the 4th of July, so I should have maybe expected that there would be a lot of people checking in. Check-in time was 4:00, so we arrived a little early, and the counter staff was not ready for the guests. So, it took more than the usual time to check into the property.

The place was very big and clean. Plenty of parking. Quiet. We were on the second floor. There was an elevator to bring up our belongings. The 1 bedroom units have a full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, utensils. Even a stackable washer/dryer. HUGE walk-in shower in the bathroom.

So this property just got purchased by Hilton Vacation Clubs, so basically it is a timeshare. There was no pitch to buy a timeshare UNLESS you wanted some free or discounted show tickets. I sat through a 90 minute presentation to get free Dolly Stampede tickets. There really wasn't too much pressure to buy. I didn't and they gave me my tickets as I was leaving.

Comfortable bed. Plenty of space. Staff at check in was amazing. Kids loved the indoor swimming pool, playground, and mini golf. Great location and easy to get around town.

Room could have been a little cleaner. I had to throw some things away when we got there. The biggest drawback was when my husband went to get the parking pass and they tried to sell him a timeshare. We're good at saying no : )

The room was very nice and big. It was clean and they had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the activities at the resort were a very nice touch and added things to do in our free time.

Really the only downside was that the walls were very thing with only a double door separating rooms and we have three kids. So while our neighbors didn’t bother us, I felt as though we were bothering them.

The property on site had an indoor pool tennis court volleyball mini golf, shuffleboard ping-pong so much to do the room itself is nice they’re like sweets like a little apartment has the dishwasher refrigerator, stove dishes bedroom, bathroom sofa bed the pillows were comfy and big on pillows bed was comfortable All around good experience especially for the price

The indoor pool area it was a little warm in there. It just smelled of chlorine bad. They needed to open up some windows but it’s a big nice pool.

The rooms were large and very homey. There was everything that we needed right there.

The bedroom had blinds but really needed to have drapes because when the sun came up, it was very bright in the room. You could also hear the people above walking around and when they flushed their toilet, you could hear the water flowing down.

Staff were all very friendly and great. Our suite was spacious and well laid out. The activities and swim pool were wonderful. I felt I really got my money’s worth.

We didn’t have enough hot water and we could hear our neighbors more than I liked. The map they gave you at check in was terrible and the directions were just as bad.
