I was very pleased with my stay, which I booked because of the impending snowstorm. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful when I couldn't my key card to work for me. The room was really big for a standard queen-sized room. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept like a babe. I liked the abundance of floor and table lamps so that I could choose where I wanted light in the room. That felt homey. Plus, the free wi-fi was a welcome bonus. Other more expensive hotels charge for their wi-fi. If snow keeps me in town in the future, this is where I'll go.

The only thing I'd change is that I was in room 209, which is right over the hotel entrance and I heard slamming vehicle doors all the time while I was awake. Plus, there's no view out that window. It's right behind the BW sign over the entrance.

Spacious room and nice and clean. Liked that there was a decent size fridge in the room and there was space for a little couch and coffee table. Allowed us to not feel crapped. The bathroom was clean and plenty of towels which is always a bonus! Breakfast offered plenty of options and liked that even on the weekend had an early start!

Wish the sheets on the bed could have been a little softer. Also would have liked to have a few extra toiletries in the bathroom and maybe a shower cap. That's nice to have.

I liked everything about the hotel! I have stayed there many times in the past. My complaint is that I booked on line and paid with my credit card on line. When I got to the hotel, the hotel clerk asked to see my card. When I looked at my credit card billling when I got home, I was charged upon booking and was charged the same amount again when I checked into the hotel. I ended up with a charge of over 288.00 for a single suite which was supposed to be around $144.00. I will be contacting the credit card company for them to get one of the charges removed. I feel things like this should not happen!!

Great location close to most everything!

Had a traveler that had egg allergy so wish eggs weren’t there because some rude guest cross contaminated the whole breakfast line with the eggs and for fear of reaction we avoided breakfast. No one can watch it full time and know no one can control but couldn’t they be made to order or somewhere.

The property was clean. The breakfast was good.

We arrived at 10 pm. The front door was not open. There was a sign that gave directions on how to open it, but it wouldn’t open. We knocked. We called the front desk. Twenty minutes later we saw an employee, who was closing down the pool. We waved, but we’re ignored. Finally, we were able to push and slide the door open. The employee was very annoyed that we were in. She even said, “I locked that door. How did you get in?” She was rude and very unprofessional. I will add, the morning worker was very professional and kind.

I can’t even believe this is a best western! It’s 10 times nicer than the holiday inn I stayed in 3 days prior. Staff were so friendly, especially the lady at breakfast. The beds and bedding were so comfy and everything was so clean.

The property is very clean and inviting. We’ve stayed at many hotels in Jefferson City and this one has by far been the best one yet. Friendly staff, immaculate rooms, breakfast was pretty good too. The pool was warm and relaxing. This will definitely be our go to from now on.

The room size for 3 people was great. It was nice to have enough seating, with a small sofa and easy chair. There were enough towels and bath supplies. The free breakfast was nice and had a good variety of items to choose from. The hotel was clean and inviting.

The breakfast staff had to be reminded to replace items for the hot breakfast.

It was clean, the staff was nice and helpful.

I had to ask for more towels and a trash bag to put my trash in because we were staying 2 nights. We asked they did supply us with the extra items.

Pretty good. Breakfast had nice choices. More fresh fruit needed. Oatmeal is another choice I would like. Need to keep foods full and attended to. See ya again next time. Thanks
