The staff and management were all helpful, courteous and professional. They accommodated us when there was an issue at first with my wife and my situation and allowed us to stay making exception to a policy. We have stayed there every week since and will be in the future. No complaints.

The only thing that was a little bothersome is one of the rooms had a toilet that was very low and the seat was loose but it is certainly not enough to change my opinion that this is a great place to stay.

The staff's performance was EXCELLENT. However , there were some stains on the sheets in one of our rooms (Room #305). Also, there were some rings in the bath tub in both rooms 305 and 307., although I am not sure if that was dirt or just discoloration from the bath mats in the bath tubs. The building itself is showing some signs of aging and could probably use some updating. The breakfast offered each morning is excellent, but many people either don't eat pork or are allergic to it. Hence, having an alternative to pork sausage and bacon (such as TURKEY bacon) may be a good idea.... Turkey is also a much healthier choice than pork.

Security should be reviewed as the location of the hotel is near a low income area (Parkdale) that could cause some problems.

Our toilet over flooded in the middle of the night, nobody was using it, and when I called down, it had already started leaking down stairs and they moved us to a different room down the hall loved that.

When we went down for breakfast, they were talking about it. They didn't know who it was that was in the room, and they were saying they probably put something in the toilet, and it over flooded, we didn't touch it. That's on them they just need to be mindful that when people are around, they should realize it could be the people they are talking behind their backs.

The wallpaper above the shower was peeling away from the wall. The bathroom fan inconsistently worked and it made a screeching sound intermittently when used. It took about 5 minutes for the shower to get warm enough to jump in at 2:00 in the afternoon. We finished loading our car at 8:59 am. Walked into the breakfast area at that time and the lady working there was starting to close the breakfast. She wouldn’t let us grab a quick bite. There was nobody else waiting. I thought that was rude

Rooms were spacious, shower water pressure was great, and had a nice selection for breakfast. The hotel is close to the mall and food.

There is wear and tear on walls, tub, furnishings, and carpet. Queen beds are small, and the air runs all night with no break=noisy. The fridge had leaked in the past apparently, and the water damaged the entertainnent center it was in, making the fridge wobbly and harder to open.

It was easy to find it was clean front desk. Staff were very nice.

I always like to pick hotels that have a good hot breakfast as part of your room stay. Was not happy about breakfast because there was a line of five kids waiting to use the one waffle stand. Just some overcooked scrambled eggs and some sausage links no donuts and no bananas and my husband gave up getting a waffle because the line to make one was so long and more people kept coming in

hot breakfast scrambled eggs and sausage, waffles, toast with butter and jam and apples and oranges and coffee, and the beds were queen size, soft and comfortable, also the shower was nice and hot and it provided, shampoo, conditioner and body wash dove brand medium size bottles in the shower. Also my grandsons got to swim in their indoor pool.

Great staff and the breakfast was great! Great value and I'd stay there again for sure.

The room was nice but if they covered the missing paint on certain parts (like the sink area) it would look almost new.

The location was wonderful a great surprise because I did not plan for the location. The value point was excellent. Very popular place to stay each night it was full. The clerks were very friendly.

The surfaces around the pool were not cleaned while we were there. There was a bandaid on the floor when we arrived and it was still there two days later when we eft.

The women at Front Desk were great, super friendly and welcoming, we'd just driven away from one of the worst hotel stays since travelling America so we were grateful for such a friendly welcome. Room was great, quite large and comfortable beds, bathroom had everything we needed. Location was perfect.
