No casino so was quiet and didn't smell of smoke. Room was cleaned and serviced daily. Right next to the Convention Center and had its own Monorail station to move along the strip quickly. We had a strip view room which could see all the bright lights, sphere, and high roller at night. Room came with a refrigerator.

Room was cleaned every day but it was just late in the day. No gift shop or shop for quick snacks and drinks. Their cafe/Starbucks closes at 2pm. Room, resort fees, and taxes were all paid for 2 days prior by Booking.com and still had my credit card charged half the amount by the hotel because Booking hadn't presented the payment to the hotel, so didn't care for that extra charge to be credited back after the stay. Room did not have a microwave after requesting one.

It is one of the nicest places I've ever been

It was supposed to have the breakfast included in my stay (free charge) but they just consider $50 per person per day... I think this is more an issue from Booking, it's not the first time this has happened to me and seems to be lack of communication between Booking and the administration of the places

I liked that it was a calmer environment to most hotels, it was a good point to rest after a long convention day. It was clean, and the staff were lovely.

Wish there were more breakfast/lunch options, since other places nearby are difficult to get to.

The rooms were cozy. The beds were comfortable after several hours of travel and full days out. The AC was especially good after returning, and the bathroom and shower was pretty good. The TV was of good quality and I liked that I could order food through something like Uber Eats and have it delivered to the reception area. I still chose to ask reception to see if that was ok before doing so.

The pillows were a little flat, so I would stack two pillows to sleep. That wasn't too much of an issue, and I get that some people prefer less firm pillows. While the shower was nice, it was leaking water out along the base where the glass pane meets the tile. I think it was just the caulking having worn away there.

Location, staff were amazing, well cared for lobby and bar, clean. No casino, smoke or crowds. The monorail came right to a stop out front so you could go up the strip if you wanted to.

Hallways and rooms showed some wear and tear that could be easily addressed. Warm water took forever to get to the rooms far from the elevators. On site restaurant looked good but was very expensive and the only real food on the property with little within walking distance.

Room was clean bed comfy. Bar area was great & great service. Check in staff were very nice when we checked in. When we checked out the man who helped me was very very kind & nice.

We asked a front area employee (a Women) if we could use a luggage cart when we arrived, she was not very nice to us. Also the outside man that was doing the valet parking was also not very nice to us. We didn't do valet parking, we parked our own vehicle.

Everything in the hotel and room was clean and modern. Felt comfortable sleeping there. The staff were friendly and location was good. It requires an Uber to get to the strip but we highly appreciated the quietness and simplicity of the hotel instead of having to drag our children through casinos to get to our hotel room such as the case with the hotels on the strip.

I did not like their "breakfast included" concept too much, where you receive a credit of 50 dollars per family (in our case 4) to spend on breakfast. Decent menu items naturally starting at 12/13 dollars before tax. I prefer to either just have breakfast included or not.

The breakfast was excellent delicious and the location very convenient.

I arrived early and I checked in at 15:00 and my room was not ready, I wait for 40 min and still not ready, I have to take another room without a street view because my 83 years old mother needs to rest after a long trip, it was very disappointed do not have the room ready when the guess arrived.

We spent one night only in the room. The coffee machine was not working in the room and the reception desk gave us a voucher for collecting drinks in Starbucks. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception Welcome drink and dessert was welcome

Our booking did not mention that there was no breakfast included. We did realise this until we checked in. Would have been good to have this when booking on line

the bed was very comfortable. the parking was spacious. the staff were kind.

the a/c in the room was too weak for the hot vegas days. the hallways of the hotel (at least at the 5th floor) were not cleaned for days. the same trash and used wineglasses everyday.. the breakfast deal with the in-house "envy" restaurant is uncomfortable and costly. the breakfast itself was mediocre, slow service and not worth the cost.
