I love that not only is it a dog friendly location in theory , but they truly were nice about it and a lovely area for dogs! Most guests traveling when I was there had their dogs and it was really an enjoyable experience! Breakfast was more than I expected as well. Great selection! Most places on both of the above subjects, in my opinion, advertise as to them but fall way short and it’s just to bring more customers and don’t deliver. Bonvoy delivers baby! I live locally and worked in one of the casino hotels for years, and I would happily recommend this over it!

The only issue I had and it was probably my inability to understand tech, but I logged in to my Pandora account on the tv and wanted it to play on shuffle but I’d have to prompt it each song…. I tried settings and everything I could but ended up giving up.

Location was great. Room was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Breakfast was below standard. No fresh fruit was provided, and there was a lack of variety in the foods available. Not everyone wants peanut butter and jam and bread, or pancakes. Healthy alternatives should be provided. And extra staff are needed to make sure plates are available to eat from. There were no cups, plates or bowls when my son and I turned up for breakfast, so we left. You need to do better; hotels charging $300+ a night should provide excellence everywhere.

The hotel is very clean and organized. Staff is also friendly and makes you feel welcomed. There are a variety of businesses located within a few blocks for any last minute shopping/food necessities.

When we arrived, the person who helped me at check in, made a mistake with my last name and this caused a bit of a mix up about payment. This is probably the only thing that bothered me during this stay but regardless, she was very professional and friendly the entire time and apologized once she realized her mistake.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. I can’t comment on the hotel restaurant/bar or the free breakfast because I didn’t partake in those but the bar looked nice. We were in Reno for a tournament and the location was convenient to the convention center. I enjoyed our stay and would stay again for the next tournament.

The complimentary coffee in lobby. The ice cold water and cups at the elevator. I liked the always stocked basket of good green apples. The cleanliness of the lobby. The central location: near grocery store (sprouts), fast food (pollo loco), skiing (mt rose).

They didn’t stock our bathroom with shower gel or shampoo. No room housekeeping until the third day.

Like the location - walk up to midtown, call a car for the ride home. Easy to drive south to hike. Clean, good breakfast, quick and pleasant check-in. Rooms feel spacious and light.

Street noise was loud in the evening, for a room facing the street, and a room nearby had a small dog that barked for hours in the morning.

Spacious room which was very well equiped. The beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast was fabulous with a lot of choice. The staff obviously worked very hard to provide a great breakfast in the morning. The gym was very nice and the roof top pool and spa were a real highlight. The location was really great too, it was a short walk from the beautiful Victoria Lake Park.

A few more towels in the room would have been good, as well as separate shampoo and conditioner rather than combined in one product.

Check in experience with the friendly and polite staff was really welcoming. Spacious studio with 2 queen bed and 1 double sofa bed, we slept 6 people. Perfect for 4 people, 6 people to share a bathroom is an issue. The kitchnette is very convenient with a sink and basic equipment. Comfy beds Hotel style lobby is high class. Breakfast was a real 5 stars quality - excellent variety of food & very delicious, good services, good seating space. A special compliment to Suzie, the kitchen lady who prepared hot crepes, she served every customer with great patience and nice manner. Excellent location, 2 blocks away from casinos and restaurants area. Secure parking next to hotel. Need to pay US$10 for parking. Will definitely come back. Highly recommend.
