The room was spacious and put together so nicely. There were plenty of places for everyone to charge their devices and keep their personal belongings There was a great little area that I used as a work space. It had plenty of desk space and outlets for my electronics The entire hotel was clean and very quiet. The location is fantastic. We loved the full size refrigerator and the 1 1/2 baths were so convenient with our teen girls.

The pool was not in service, but they did make us aware of that when we booked. No oven.

The location is perfect for us. The room space is comfortable and a good size for a couple. The staff is friendly and helpful. I like having a small kitchen, just wish it had a small freezer too. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need for cooking and eating. Coffee is provided in the room for convenience and also in the lobby in the morning. The queen bed is adequate but would have been nice to have a king . We will be back for sure.

There are some improvements that can be made though. As I have said the bed size is adequate. A king would be better. The mattress was somewhat uncomfortable and the quality could be better. The sofa should face the TV. It was uncomfortable for one of us to watch TV on the bed. The arms chair was very nice though. There needs to be more lighting . There are areas where it was dark. A floor lamp could be provided near the futon . It was very dark in that area especially.

I liked the location of the hotel, garage under the building to keep car cool, comfortable bed, very nice and clean bathrooms, furnished kitchen.

I wish the pool wasn’t closed. I stayed on the second floor, which didn’t have a balcony plus it looked at the second floor parking, where cars were parked right in front of the window, which made me feel uncomfortable. I wish the hotel would give a discount because the pool was closed.

Clean room with efficiency amenities glasses, dishes silverware etc even a dishwasher and counter and chairs to eat at on lot parking. Near beach. Doorman made us feel welcome most of the front desk staff was very good

Bed in studio was only a queen mattress but the base looked like it would hold a king?? Room with one bed should always be a king. Resort fee add on

The location was great! We went during the off season so the price was very good for a room with an entire kitchenette, which we really enjoyed. Very updated, especially the bathroom. Nice quiet beach one block away and convenient to have a rooftop pool.

Parking was convenient and covered, but a little difficult navigating all the poles in the parking lot. Carpeting in the hallways was dated but clean and fine. The bed was not very comfortable and on the wrong sized box spring.

Great location, comfortable rooms. Air conditioning worked well for a window unit. Staff was great. Ernest the bellman was a highlight - he helped us with our bags and was super nice & friendly too.

The front driveway is narrow, so there isn’t room to get by of another car is unloading. There was only one luggage cart, and parking was a bit tight. Overall minor issues though.

Room was nice.

Shower head needs updated. It’s old and cheap. A quality hotel should have furnishings to match. The pull out sofa mattress was uncomfortable. Again a quality property should have furnishings to match. The resort fee is just a way to collect more money. We didn’t receive daily room cleaning since our stay was under 5 days but the fee applied to that service.

No breakfast, just coffee.

Windows could be opened which was good but not very wide. The beach tag was only given until the 11AM check-out time. Since we had paid a deposit ($25 each) that seemed unreasonable. We would have returned the tags when exiting the beach in the afternoon and retrieved our deposit. Since check-in is at 4PM, the tags could have been due before 4PM.

The location was perfect! Great access to the beach and to Main St.

That the pool was closed🙁 Maybe consider having a small outdoor shaded "sitting" area... like on the roof top to relax and be able to enjoy the ocean view without actually go to the beach...

Great location. Facilities decent.

Pool was closed. Would have been nice to have pool since weather was hot. AC was marginal at best. Didn’t dehumidify properly so temp in room felt clammy. No breakfast or restaurant.
