People are amazing. Very professional and helpful. The hotel is very clean and in a great location. There is a bus stop next to the hotel, which makes it easy to commute to New York by bus.

The breakfast does not have any green salads. In fact, the breakfast meal selection is a total emergency that needs to be escalated to the CEO of La Quinta. I understand the need to be cost-effective, but the quality of the ingredients and the variety of the breakfast dishes is a total disaster compared to the great quality of La Quinta. Staff and Guests are super awesome and they more than make up for the sparse breakfast. Nevertheless, please fix the breakfast with fresh, high-quality greens and eggs, and overall higher quality ingredients.

location was perfect to go to NYC. I requested check-in 90 minutes earlier and it was done kindly. The hotel was full, yet breakfast area was running smooth.

breakfast area staff was staring you when you are in process of taking something from food dishes or making pan cake. I know they intended to help the guests but it was giving an uncomfortable feeling. They were polite though. At night a touring bus was parked on car parking area covering 6-7 cars spot. It should be parked in the back side. I or many who came late to the hotel had to struggle find a spot while seeing a bus taking so much space did not give good feeling

I liked how nice the workers was and how clean it was and the breakfast was on point the pool was beautiful theirs a redrobin right next to it and I Felt very comfortable the staff Fernando helped me fixs my sons belt Over all it was a very nice place to stay I give it 5 🌟 Was in jersey cause my brother passed away and I only had my youngest son who is 11 and autistic My husband was at home in florida with my other 2 boys cause school started my youngest gets home school It was hard that it was only me and him but having a clean safe place to stay helped Thanks again to Fernando you saved the day 🙏🏼

the only thing didn’t like was the pool the water was too cold my kids wasn’t able to go in because was freezing and I reserve you guys with pool because they love going to pool but was disappointed because the water of the pool

Room was big, spacious and clean. Free included breakfast was ok as well. Free parking on site. Easy access to the Metlife stadium (~10 mins) and other activities. Close enough to drive to Times Square (~30 mins). There were lots of stores nearby as well only a few mins drive (<5 mins).

The pillows were too small and weird shaped, where if you take 1, its too flat, but if you take 2, then its too high.

Room 225 was comfortable during the days we used it. The room is comfortable, clean and everything is in order. The spaces are very well distributed. Thanks!

The breakfast can improve with respect to the presentation of proteins (egg and meat), they have no flavor.

That it had a snack bar and was connected to a restaurant. The restaurant could do better however and the snacks were pricey. Still it was very convenient

Very limited breakfast options. Everyone doesn’t like waffles scrambled eggs and pork sausage. I’m more of a hash brown French toast eggs over medium and bacon type of girl. And the justice was overly sweet. I’m pregnant and have gestational diabetes and was craving apple justice I had to mix it with water. My babies are good tho

Given that we just booked this as an overnight stay whilst we were on the way back to the airport (JFK) afer a few weeks road trip in the US and Canada we weren't expecting much as I just went for somewhere cheap that included breakfast and had free parking. I was pleasantly surprised - the hotel was well appointed, staff were friendly and we also used the gym whilst there. As mentioned, there was free parking (and plenty of it). Our room was very spacious and also had a fridge and microwave in which is a bonus whilst you're travelling and have some food/ drinks with you. I thought this was really good value for money and wish some of the other places we stayed on our trip were as good.

I would say the breakfast wasn't great. The continental side was absolutley fine (bagels/ toast/ waffles etc), but the cooked side left quite a lot to be desired. There were only a few hot things and hands down the worst scrambled eggs I have ever eaten in my life - it was like eating styrofoam. However, as mentioned this was a quick stopover for us, so it didn't put a downer on the stay overall.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Large screen TV was able to do Screen mirroring so we were able to watch a PPV event in our room. Shower had great water pressure. My only complaint is the air conditioner. Our room was very hot and the air conditioner wouldn't work. The pool was large and clean, the complimentary breakfast had a great selection and loved that theirs a red Robin attached to the hotel. Would consider visiting again if I can get a room with a functioning air conditioner.

The hotel is under remodeling. We couldn't tell what has been done and what was new or what was old, because the halls looked like everything has been painted grey, and the wall paper looks new but the bottom halves of the walls are all banged up. Then the top halves of the walls the wall paper is ungluing and coming off. The room we had #368 was great and the bathroom was very clean - really everything was clean. The breakfast rooms we tried were also very clean and the food was cooked and prepared perfect. The food had a great taste not like breakfasts like this kind have tasted like rubber, this time the food was great and not over cooked. The second breakfast room further away from the 1st one near the lobby - someone should remember to put the TV's on. Travelers like to see something when eating - weather - updates in the world, or even cartoons for the kids, but something.
