The breakfast food selection had everything that was needed. The environment was created with a view over the Hudson to Manhattan. Nearby shopping ( ACME ) has all the food options you need and the hotel room has some easy-cooking equipment and utensils. The area feels very safe and walks during the day or early evening are fantastic when the light of Manhattan starts to dominate the evening sky. If you visit New York for 1 week and want to explore Manhattan but come back to a "home" more relaxed environment then this place is for you or your family. Transportation to the hotel is mostly recommended with the NY Waterways ferry but it could be a little costly for constant return trips to/from Manhattan. It was 9,50 USD for one person, one way. But not much info is not published in the comment that there is just next to the hotel bus stop and bus number #158 takes you to the Manhattan Port Authority bus terminal and the way the cost is 3,50 USD. On the way back to the hotel take the same bus #158 and your stop is Port Imperial. The ticket is valid for 1 hour and can be easily purchased NJ Transit app. Instructions from the web page. So the cost of one person is 7 USD per day to go to Manhattan and come back. Good place to stay for a week-long vacation or work trip.

At the reception, Cris gave exceptional service, he is friendly and helpful even went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay for us. We were glad Cris was around. Clean room, comfortable bed, spot less bathroom. Perfect view if NYC SKYLINE along the Hudson River from bedroom window. Complete Kitchen facitly, love the refrigerator, too. Location was perfect , Easy access via Bus 158 from NYC-NJ at the Port Authority Bus Terminal and from NJ-NYC at Bus Stop 21852 (just across the hotel) only 18-20minutes ride Free access to WIFI is great Free Breakfast was just okay
At the laundry room , the machine would only accept credit or debit cards. . If i may suggest, to have prepaid Cards sold at the hotel so it Will be easier to access the machines Or have the machines accept coins Or Bills.

The location was great, I got to NYC in 15-20 minutes with my car. The fairy to NYC leaves from a station right across the street from the hotel. The view is fantastic, both day and night. The hotel looks modern and clean.
Breakfast was not up to the standard of the hotel, I spent a couple of weeks in upstate NY just before that in a 2-star hotel with slightly better breakfast options. Also, one employee was trying to force questionable policies (no more than five people grabbing food in a room, moving only in one direction w/o a single step aside, etc.) in a completely professional manner. Many residents were frustrated by that.

The hotel is very nice and elegant, and the staff was extremely nice.Bus($3) and ferry ($10) to NYC just outside the hotel.
Breakfast is a 7/10. The city view (extra charge) is not to NYC, just to a parking lot. BIG SCAM!!! The hotel recommends and directly arranges a taxi service to the airport (that Uber won't pick you up). They tell you it is a fixed price of $135 card or cash. When we took it, in the end, the driver charged $190 and said it was $40 for tolls and $15 for using the card (he took the toll-free route and started saying that paying with a card is an extra charge in the USA, I live in the US so I knew he was lying). He got extremely aggressive when we pointed out the scam, and it was so obvious it was not the first time they had done this scam. So either the hotel knows and doesn't care, or they are complicit.

This location is amazing, it is right across from the Ferry. Getting here was a little tricky. Parking too was a little off, with the combo of the residences and the hotel itself. The room is great size with everything in the kitchen needed to save monies. More clearer signs should be posted. Overall this location was nice and what you need. The ferry is $10 ea way, then there is a free ferry bus that takes you all through NYC including theatre district. Several restaurants right there and in hotel to get good foods. Less than 5 to 7 miles away is mall and shopping areas. Went to the Mall for Nickoledon AMAZING mall that you can spend all day at with activities
The parking & the route to get to room if you park on the wrong floor. More signage to direct you to room and an easier way to get to lobby

Location. Close to trains and ferry that takes you straight across to manhattan in 5mins. Ferry drops you back off right at hotel. Upscale bar right underneath hotel. Beautiful rooftop with views of nyc skyline and Hudson.
Price was really high for what was given. Paying for views obviously. King suite was spacious though. No pool. Booked city view but I actually had a view of other rooms on the property I could literally look in their windows. That sucked. Better off without the window. Breakfast was “hot” but it sucked: oatmeal, cold boiled eggs, bagel, toast, individually wrapped heated in plastic sausage biscuits and English muffins. Coffee wasn’t great either maybe a good creamer would help but there was only cows milk, soy, half&half. Ah well

Location was very good.Room was nice .Bed was very comfortable.Kitchen was good
-No window to open in the room for fresh air.For third person was no window and no fresh air in the room also. -Kitchen : There was no kettle in the kitchen. - Breakfast : Poor..Nearly every day the same sandwiches in the restaurant. One day also no eggs.I asked the service woman in the restaurant and she answered she is sorry but they didn't have enough eggs for the guests at hotel..I think only if the hotel can give better breakfast it will be good And plastic plates forks knifes and spoons are not nice for a famous Residence Hotel like Marriott (advice) We didn't like that.Except these everything was perfect.. Thanks a lot

Clean, great daily room housekeeping, spacious, fold out couch was comfortable, portacot available, breakfast was basic but delicious (staff had offered for my mum to bring breakfast up to me when I was looking after the kids - very kind!), great location, safe
A flashing light emitting from our smoke alarms every 4 - 6 seconds… not sure if this is a standard American hotel blip, but geez it was not ideal. I asked the front desk about it who sent an engineer up when we were out (supposedly), but there was no change

I literally wanted to cry at the view of Manhattan across the river, both day and night. Unreal. Otherwise, the staff were PHENOMENAL— Kind, courteous, and efficient. Karla in particular was so helpful.
Breakfast was interesting in that everything seemed to be the lowest cost option available through their food supplier. I didn’t even know cherry and raspberry yogurt existed lol! I did choose this location for my partner’s love of hotel breakfast, so this was probably the biggest bummer, but he gave it a 6/10.
