The breakfast was excellent. There was a couple who oversaw the breakfast and they did an excellent job. The place was clean, well stocked and the food was well prepared and fresh. They were both very caring and friendly. The hotel grounds were well cared for and beautiful. The location felt secluded and secure, especially with the flooding that was going on. The room was spacious and had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. All the staff were polite, professional, and friendly.

The air conditioner was noisy. The housekeeping didn't come until the 4th day. We could have used some clean towels before then.

The breakfast was no at all what was described to us. There was no coffee no hot items no one in the kitchen no nothing truly disappointed

The breakfast was not to the expectations. Fire fighters and water rescue among other among other first responders were at the hotel and they came in looking for breakfast nothing there. This morning no coffee juice dispenser empty all there was was the waffle maker and a few baked items that were wrapped. Mini fridge empty both days no milk or yogarts. Apples that were there were old looking and semi wrinkled. Pictures on tge wall showed great breakfast but the hotel it self had different ideas

I loved the atmosphere of feeling enclosed in the woods. The courtyard adds to the retreat feeling and the breakfast with several options to eat is wonderful. The staff was impressively very attentive to refill items and keeping the breakfast area clean and well stocked. We even gave one lady a tip for her dedicated service.

The only problem was that the key to the first room did not work, however the attendant was quick to give us another room .

The breakfast is great. The rooms are clean and so comfortable. The pool and hot tub clean. The grounds are beautiful. The staff now are courteous always say hello, not like when I stayed there years ago. They are so awesome now. Stay here you will not regret it.

What brought me back to stay here was the change of the Manager. The manager before was so rude,Carol, we ended up moving our stays to the Elegant, now I am so happy to be able to stay here again, now that she is gone.

I had a horrible experience the night prior at a different hotel in the area and had to move. It was truly night and day. The staff was friendly and professional. So welcoming. The room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. It was so homey and welcoming. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit the area.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast choices were awesome.

We had an upstairs room. Older people like me should not be put in an upstairs room. The stairs are narrow and steep and not easy for me to climb safely. I had emailed the property a week in advance and requested a downstairs room.

Our room was spacious and comfy! Love that we had a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was great! And conveniently located next to Walmart and a Casino!! The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

Unfortunately we didn’t have any towels in our room when we arrived. We also didn’t have any spare toilet paper. Thankfully the lobby staff was kind and gave us everything we needed!

I liked the breakfast, the size of the room, the hotel grounds, the price...

The mattresses were a little hard, the toilet was right at the bathroom door. There was plenty of room in the bathroom to move it over a foot or two.

Rooms are spacious. Breakfast was delicious.

For breakfast, it would be nice having additional waffle makers for the amount of people staying there.

There were pajamas size 4 toddler, under the bed skirts of the beds. I threw them away in your trashcan. The back of the tv remote kept falling off so I taped it on.
