Beds were comfortable, good location, several food options at breakfast, friendly staff. Nice large room plenty of space.

Only one ice machine working on one floor and with early use no ice for guests later. Few maintenance issues in our room, very loud heavy footed person who dribbled a basketball or something at 4:30 each morning 😩. Obviously a working person who’s company truck and trailer was there all week taking up six or eight parking spaces. Those guest should be put at the end or bottom floors if they wake that early and stomp around. Issues with wall combo air/ heat . Hotel offered to move us but we were unpacked to stay a week did not want to move everything.

Coffee down the hall most of the time. Clean, lobby, halls, room, everything looked clean. Room was nice, with ceiling fan. One of the best things, breakfast wasn't always the same.

Day one. Drove 8 hours, through time change, tired, thought it was 4:30 but only 3:30. Guy at the desk said he could check us in but it would be an extra charge for being early. We left, came back, asked for a quiet location. He gave us a room right in the middle on the first floor. Turned out ok. It was quiet.

The breakfast was yummy. Loved the choices.

For a family would like more towels already in the room as the staff knows a family will be staying in the room.

the staff was very informative, anything we asked they were able to help. the pool was out of service for a good three hours however they really did try and get the services repaired so everyone can enjoy themselves. we still had about an hour in a half to swim so that was great!

I read a review about the toilets being small and didn't believe it till I seen for myself!!! the toilet is very very low! I believe the bathtub was higher than the toilet.

Complimentary breakfast was great! I was surprised they had tamales which were quite good. They offered different options everyday. The staff members in charge of breakfast, were constantly refilling everything and keeping it nice and clean. Rooms were comfortable and bathroom has large press bottles of conditioner, shampoo, and body wash. Close to everything, would stay again.

We had a backroom and we would have loved to have a room facing the front of the hotel because there was a beautiful view. But it’s understandable that those rooms were probably also booked.

Spouse become sick day we were suppose to leave.was hospitalized in ICU.I needed lodging for the night.After looking at reviews this looked like the best and safest place.

The breakfast egg panties didn't taste very good and somewhat cold.But to be fair non of the breakfast were any good, not even at the Gods.Some staff there also had a don't care attitude. Staff at BW were friendly and helpful much needed during stressful time.Wife got better and able to leave next day.I told her for the prices we will consider saying there next time. ( people shouldn't be allowed for breakfast in their pajamas,just an observation.Ive never seen that) Overall, I'm thankful to BW and staff for the experience.. Recommend taking care of musky smell in hallways so it smells clean.It would match your clean rooms.Thats it!

I have stayed in this hotel numerous times, also with my dog. Everything is well done...

...except the breakfast. I have a lactose and carb intolerance, therefore would have appreciated some alternatives. On the first day I asked for an alternative milk, however was told the following day that it was forgotten. There were no breakfast cereal options, such as oatmeal. The fruit cups were filled with sugar, so not an option. Also, each day I had to ask for hot water for tea, as the thermos water was lukewarm. In addition, the heavy use of styrofoam and plastic is highly objectionable, in light of environmental concerns. I urge Best Western hotels to take that into consideration.

The room was bigger than expected. The bed and the sofa were all in good condition. I liked that there was a ceiling fan in the room so did not have to rely on the AC, sometimes I get colds from having the AC on too much. The outside areas and trails were awesome, allowed me to relax outside of the room and take in the spectacular views.

I think what could have been improved were the hours on the pool. It closed at 9pm so did not have a chance to enjoy it, I got back late from my seminar. I would have loved to sit in the hot tub but maybe next time.

Our room was very large and had everything we wanted. We enjoyed the Hot tub and pool, and the front desk staff were very pleasant to deal with (shoutout to Rose at the front desk!). Good location and plenty of parking.

The pool and hot tub were very nice, but the room they are in didn't have heat. Not really an issue for us.

The hotel has friendly staff, comfortable beds, and clean rooms and facilities. the staff treated me as if I were their family. Rose was great and she was very nice and helpful.I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
