The room was large and comfortable. It was clean and well kept. The games in lobby were pleasant. The night clerk was friendly. The pool was crowded but looked nice. The fitness center was nicely equipped. The breakfast was not presented well or stocked properly. Early about 30 minutes after opening breakfast, the foods we're already empty to include items that should not run out quickly given the early time and small crowd. No juice and when refilled it was almost water. No waffle mix, no meat, no biscuits, eggs unpleasant to look at. The breakfast attendant kept going behind a closed door and had to be told repeatedly to come out and stock the breakfast. For the high amount of money paid, the breakfast should have been stocked properly. The day clerk appeared as if she was not well and kept her head down. The breakfast fiasco ruined the whole stay. I understand running out of items as people come. But the breakfast was far from stocked from the beginning of the morning. If you expect breakfast at the hotel, stay somewhere else or go to Denny's. Highest price hotel I've ever stayed at.

The work out facility was very nice and so was the breakfast. Room was really clean and I loved they have lotion, soaps, shampoo and conditioner in hand pumps in the bathroom. Never seen that before. Was very nice and homey. The beds were really soft and comfortable too. I do recommend not booking online through any 3rd parties. It's cheaper to just call and book with them directly. Over all I, and my friends enjoyed our stay!

The only thing I didn't like were the floors in the loddy area where the pool heads towards seemed a bit rotted from people walking out wet. Other than that everything else was pretty clean and well kept.

They accepted our last-minute decision to stay for one night, only just an hr in advance. So we were really grateful! The front desk was friendly. The room was clean & fit our big family. Everything met expectations except the bed wasn't comfortable.

Unfortunately our bed was way too soft for me & my husband, my body sunk in so much it actually made my body really sore in the morning & I woke up in the middle of the night with a bad hip cramp.

We were very happy with our room. We asked for a Mountain View so she change the room with no problem. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was great. They had something for everyone. You could also buy soda and snacks at the front desk. The pool area was relaxing. We will definitely stop here again. Also we ate dinner at K-Bobs right down the street from the hotel, we enjoyed every bite of food!!

There really wasn’t anything that could be better. We have stayed in many hotels throughout the country and this was one of the best ones!

The hotel is beautiful, the family suite had so much space comfortable beds, fridge and microwave. The hot tub and pool were adequately heated, we enjoyed both.

Breakfast was slammed, the one lady working couldn't up and keep enough hot food out, we were eating at 8:30am, not at the end of breakfast either, didn't have regular coffee creamer like French vanilla, and just needed more quality breakfast items.

The staff was very professional and polite. Our room was perfect for our little family of 5. The pool was so clean and that hot jacuzzi was definitely very relaxing, let's not leave breakfast behind! Everything was so delicious and I loved how the staff kept it extremely clean and we're very polite asking guests often if anything else was needed. They kept making sure the lobby itself was staying clean during those times.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Nice sized swimming pool and very nice hot tub for relaxing in. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection and excellent coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal with most sights a short drive away.

The pool was quite cold. The hot tub was excellent but as it was quite small, you often had to wait your turn to use it. The shower head in the bathroom was quite low and not easily adjustable. The provided toiletries were minimal and not great quality.

Decent breakfast, good service, clean room, comfortable bed. Appreciated temperature controls and bedside charging stations.

Blankets were very thin and bathroom was a bit small. Wish I knew it was directly infront of a highway so my view was that, not so much the pictured forest

It looks austere from the outside, but we really liked this place. Our room was much larger than expected, minimalist, very spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Construction going on outside on the road made a lot of dirt flying in the strong winds. Not the fault of the facility, but annoying nontheless.

Noisy clicking fridge. Burn in the fold out mattress. Pancake Machine broken. It really hurt my feelings and stomach. The person who checked us in was kinda rude
