Our apartment was larger than expected. It was equipped with everything we needed—functional and clean throughout. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the green mountains. The kids loved the pool and the sports and recreation area.

Ruidoso is currently heavily affected by flooding. Since another accommodation had canceled on us last year due to floods and wildfires, I wanted to confirm in advance that our booking was still valid—especially because my wife was feeling a bit anxious due to the media coverage. Unfortunately, my message via the Booking portal went unanswered. I would have appreciated better communication in this regard.

That is comfortable and had a nice view.

Front staff was not very friendly. You need to retrain staff.

THE PLACE WAS WONDRFUL! I JUST DIDNT LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY ASK YOU TO MESSAGFE ANY REQUSET AN WHEN YOU DO THE FRONT DESK DOESNT EVEN SEE THEM! THATS WHAT I WAS TOLD IN THE FRONT DESK. I WAS TOLD CALL INSTEAD OF DOING THAT. LIKE IF I KOW IM SUPPOST TO CALL INSTEAD OF FOLLOW WHAT THEY ASK IN THE RESERVATIONS. BUT OTHER THAN THAT, I REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE REALLY ACCOMADATING.

THAT OUR REQUEST WAS AT LEAST CONCIDERED. INSTEAD OF NOT EVEN LOOKED AT.

I liked the privacy and the view

Too far away from convenience store. The swimming pool was cold and it is a indoor pool so it should be at least warmed. I asked the front desk, they told me they were waiting on a part for the heater but it sounded not very credible. It would have been better to have a clear sign very visible explaining the situation and with a date of resolution. Also the tvs are pretty old and the WiFi was very slow.

Lovely porch, great view up in the pines overlooking the town.

TV remote didn’t work even with the new batteries they provided, but we didn’t really plan to use it. Would have been nice if they provided a pressed log so we could use the fireplace. We didn’t use the pool or any other facilities.

The view was amazing, I booked this place January 2025 when there was snow and it looked really beautiful!!! The rooms were clean and the kitchen well equipped, perfect for our stay.

I didn’t like the icy entrance to get into my unit but I understand that was due to weather conditions.

We enjoyed the view and the comfort of the condo. It was a great location.

We were all looking forward to the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was not working when we were there. The staff could have been more personable.

The views were very beautiful and an overall very nice place to go on a tripe/ break

The one and only thing we ALL absolutely hated was how we got treated!! It was ridiculous it came to the point where we where fixing to have to go rent a hotel for the night when at the last minute we where given a room they weren’t even sure if it was the right one!! And once we walked in we new it was NOT WHAT WE HAD ASKED FOR!!!!!

Love the place, the service and its amenities! We were not expecting the amount of perks the place had! everything was super clean and the view, amazing.

I would suggest to have a better DVD player. It would be helpful to include that you need to go to the front desk to do your check in. It can be mentioned whenever you book.

Everything was awesome, staff, location, cleaness, its just a good experience. Im planning right now to go back next month and stay at the same place

when setting the reservation, i didnt know that positions of the cabins. when i got there, there was cabins positioned in beautiful spots. which knowing i would of payed more to get those cabins. need more info on cabin locations.
