My queen room was fit for a Queen. Nice, small room, with a table & 2 chairs. Microwave, Room size refrigerator. The bed was comfortable, sheets were soft, even the pillows were great. The hotel has new owners, & they have done a great job remodeling the property. I will definitely stay at this hotel again, it was a great price, Good location. 😊

I didn't dislike anything about the hotel, but there is no hairdryer or coffee pot in the room. I don't use a hairdryer. I don't care for the pod cup coffee, so I bring my own instant coffee , cup & creamer. Neither of these were an issue for me. Just information.

Clean, comfy, and location Plus they have a free breakfast (waffles, breads, muffins, cereal, bananas, juice....) Plenty of space in the room Parked right in front of the room Price was great

Walls were a bit thin and the heater made a noise (i think it was that), but neither were deal breakers. I would stay there again.

The layout of the room is rough. My bed was right by the door for the next room over and the guests staying there were going in and out slamming the door loudly through the night and early morning hours. Not really impressed by the breakfast. My kids fixed a bowl of cereal but the milk was warm. Went to make waffles but there was no more batter even though there was an hour left of breakfast scheduled. The hotel drive up/ entrance was in a terrible spot right at the stoplight to a busy intersection where you pretty much block traffic to get in or out. It was also weird that someone was walking around watching my family the whole time. Every time we went in or out a man was walking and talking to himself, and at one point even sat outside our window. It was uncomfortable and awkward.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was super friendly overall for the price its great and the little breakfast wasn’t bad.

I didn’t like that there is not vents in the bathroom it makes the rooms very muggy and the parking is horrible at night.

Right in the middle of town off main road, yet it was very quiet. I arrived late around 11:00pm and the front desk gentleman was very kind. Room was very clean, comfortable bed and plus to have breakfast for free too. So nice to NOT hear housekeeping knocking on doors in the morning, or rushing you. I was even 10 minutes after check out and they just smiled. Recommend this place. Rooms are more like a Studio.

I didn’t find anything to complain about, there is even cable, WiFi, fridge, microwave here too. Great place.

Outside is classic look for Ruidoso. Inside was a fully renovated room. Breakfast was awesome! The rate was exceptional. Staff very kind. Will definitely be going back and recommend to others.

Maybe could use a new shower head, but the water pressure was phenomenal.

Beds were comfortable.

Paper thin walls that you could hear everything around you and above you. Upstairs there was a kid running around and stomping at a late hour keeping us awake. It was just too noisy. Won't return there

The room smelled a Lil weird And the people on top kept stopping hard, and the neighbors on sides were to loud. Need a lil more time for breakfast hours, Other then that we enjoyed our stay

Everything was great. Water pressure was impeccable. The view was so beautiful. We got a free upgrade to a bigger bed as soon as we got there which we thought was really nice and we got to park right in front of our room. Everything was very clean even though there was a staffing issue, they still managed to make our stay unforgettable I would 10/10 recommend this place and I would stay there no doubt again

It was a great last-minute place to stay just to go fishing at Grindstone. Very clean, and the Staff was very friendly and helpful. Next time we'll bring our kids and little furbabies.
