Tracy in the front office was so friendly and informative! She gave us awesome recommendations on where to eat and even gave us extra an extra map/pamphlet. The location was beautiful and very close to everything. We even had a balcony, and they're pet friendly! My dog and friends had an amazing experience :)

The condo is a little older, so some amenities are outdated, but it didn't diminish the comfort and affordability.

This was our second time and we loved it again. The staff is so nice and friendly. The pool is nice, the place is in a good location because it’s close to everything. We also loved the convenience of having a laundry room!

We do wish the pool would close a little bit later. We also wished that the sofa beds be checked. The first time we stayed we got a good sofa bed; however, this time the sofa bed was just too uncomfortable and thin.

we loved it, the receptionist was very accommodating, friendly, and gave us a binder with wifi password, information about pool, nearby attractions, instructions etc. Very clean & The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, bowls, dish soap, sponge, plates, pots & pans. They provided plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, shampoo & conditioner. Great location.

the only downside was that it was cold and they charged $50 plus $5 for wood if we wanted to use fireplace. & sofa bed was very uncomfortable for my son.

Our balcony was literally in a tree, it was covered with leaves and dirt So couldn’t enjoy it. That was disappointing Pool closes very early, for a family on vacation their is not time to do dinner and then swim.

The staff was great!! The pool area was nice for the kids. We used the grill twice close to the condo.

One of our 2 condos never had hot water the pressure in the shower was very weak and the cooking utensils were not very good everything stuck to the pans.

Loved the size of the condo. Very spacious and had all the amenities of home, coffee pot, microwave, full size refrigerator, stove, pots and pans, dishes. Fully equipped if you prefer to cook for yourself.

The bed was really hard. I don't remember it being this hard from our last stay, but we also were in a different condo.

Celebrated my mom's 80th birthday. We loved the place, very nice, perfect location. All my family thought it was wonderful.

I guess the only thing was that the air conditioner was only in the kitchen and not the bedrooms. It was a hot weekend. Other than that everything was great!

Beautiful view, wildlife, gazebo to enjoy outside, and we were 7 to 8 minutes from anything we wanted to enjoy. We enjoyed the stay and really wanted for nothing and the price was very reasonable We would go there again.

Beds were super comfortable. And the staff for check in and check out was very polite.

Noisy upstairs neighbors. The first night we got hardly any sleep cuz of the apartment above us.

Most of the staff was friendly. They provide information about fun activities to do while out in Ruidoso. The pool was very clean.
