I enjoyed my room. It was nice to get some peace and quiet to concentrate on some work. The staff was friendly and were extremely helpful.

It was clean, but there was a plastic fork inside the air conditioner. I was able to fish it out, no real biggie. The showerhead faces outside of the tub so if you're not careful, the water gets on the floor. You can't move it either to face inside the tub.

I really appreciated check in Clark, Lu i think that was her name. she was so nice. And Beautiful. She was so helpful, and knowing the situation i got myself in, Reservation

The breakfast! But I'm not going to complain about it, because at least it's something to Break the fast, if you know what I mean.

The breakfast was good. The waffles were excellent. Could have had more bread choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room bathroom could have been cleaner. Clean more around the toilet bowl, behind the lid, and behind the sink faucet where there were mustache trimmings!

I like the location, staff, that free breakfast was available, that it’s pet friendly and it’s a good value for our budget.

They were remodeling which was difficult to find parking with the equipment being used. However, I prefer that they maintain and improve the property over the small inconvenience.

Good breakfast maybe add some good Hatch green chile.😊

We should have asked for a room at the back instead of facing the busy street it was noisy. We’ll know for next time. The king bed went in toward the middle maybe time for new mattress. Thanks.

Excellent breakfast. Excellent customer service. Personal very nice.

The housekeeping/cleaning of the room was not on a daily basis. Did not happen during our 4 day stay. We had to empty our own trash and some other clients didn't, therefore foul smelling can start from that poor cleaning service. That's the only observation. Thanks for accepting our furry family.

The parking lot was empty, we had plenty of parking available, the mattress was comfy .

The cleaningless shower, no hot water. Barthroom sink could use some clorox down the drain, smell real bad.

The young girl at front desk was amazing, made us feel welcomed. Check in was so easy and smooth.

The room was not fully cleaned. The sheets had stains on them and were not fully changed before we arrived. The A/C unit was not working properly.

The staff were amazing. We arrived a little early but she was kind enough to check us in. Super friendly and wonderful staff. So helpful. The room was so clean. Excellent! We will stay again!

The staff and Breakfast were awesome!! I thought the location wasn't in a nice area. I wish that whole street was renovated since it leads you into Ruidoso. Very close to the town but feels lackluster as you are entering. The hotel was nice but the street wasn't.

Very expensive stay at $225 a night but it was the week after Christmas so I guess that's normal. Would I do it again? No, sorry.
