The property was clean and well kept.

We chose the Rodeway Inn because of the price and ratings. With Booking.com it cost $66 for a king room. The location was easy to find, on 66. The room was very large. Floors looked brand new, bed was great, AC was great, good shower, curved curtain rod. Great value.

The cons, it was raining so hard, rain came in under the door. There were no lamps beside the bed. Not much art on the walls, but overall we would stay again. Didn't eat breakfast but had coffee and it was so so.

It was not a high price. The room was good. There was a new conditioner, a new fridge, a new microwave, the flooring had recently been replaced. There were no bad smells, and it was possible to open the window. Also, there were no bugs. Very friendly staff. Overall, I was satisfied.

The downside was the cleaning of the room. There was a lot of dog hair on the floor, also the toilet was in dried urine and next to the toilet there were dry yellow drops of urine, the surface near the sink was also not wip. I spent about half an hour wiping it all down. It's great that the motel is being renovated, but if they don't clean the rooms, it will soon become an indecent state.

I especially liked the lighting in the room. Most hotels/motels are too dimly lit to read. I do not watch TV but like to read in the evening and the light over the bed was perfect for reading! Also, there were plenty of surfaces to put my belongings on, and the room was nice-sized. Good shower. Comfortable, cozy bed. Quiet place. Located right off freeway. I parked right in front of my door so unpacking was easy. I didn't get myself together in time for breakfast so can't comment on it.

The flooring was slippery and might be dangerous for walking around in socks but fortunately I have slippers with soles that grip the floor. Nothing to complain about.

I am a 76 year old woman who was caught in the blizzard in Tucumcari. I usually stay at the Hilton, and of course all was full before I arrived. My daughter, who was in CA, was able to talk to your desk management while I crept to the hotel at 5 miles an hour on ice, I am handicapped, so ease of access to the room and the bathroom design was paramount to me. Both expectations were exceeded. I actually had my best night's sleep on my 7 day journey from Oakland CA to WDC at your hotel. Your staff person there is EXCELLENT at his job, both thoughtful and a great business person.

This is silly, and not a dislike, but I notice all the furniture was furniture I donated before I retired when I downsized. So, it was in excellent taste, but a little worn, as I was.

Convenient location. Parking in front of room friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable beds, Hot shower, good water pressure. Pet fee very reasonable. Cold breakfast options offered as well as hot pancakes.

Bumbling, pot-smoking neighbor upstairs -sounded like jump-roping at 3 am. Not the fault of the hotel. All good once they left for work. Breakfast could benefit from fresh options - perhaps hard-boiled egg or fresh fruit

Very clean, comfortable, & well-furnished….. an older hotel that the owners are refurbishing beautifully….. Very comfortable table & chairs in our room, nice desk & chair, & the best small refrigerator I’ve seen in our travels….. with a separate freezer door, so everything g stayed at the correct temperature. Nice breakfast.

The room could have used a bedside lamp, but everything else was excellent.

Check in was easy. Our room was downstairs as we requested. The room was clean and did not have any bad smells. The bed was very comfortable. We slept very well. And it was a great value. The least expensive hotel we stayed in during our 8 days traveling. I will definitely be back in the future. The staff was friendly.

The property was clean and rooms seemed like they were recently updated. The staff working that night was incredibly helpful and kind. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, not a lot of hot options but good quality.

The shower curtain was long and didn’t catch all the water.

The owner is very accomodating and friendly. We usually stay on out way to the midwest and back as thr half-way point. The owner recognizes us and always tries to make sure we are comfortable.

The breakfast is pretty slim with only cereal and milk, and waffles. Everything is processed food.
