Absolutely fantastic location! The apartment was very clean, quiet, and the perfect place to stay for a few busy days in the city when we wanted to get as much sightseeing done as possible. There is a Dunkin' Donuts one block over (3-5 min walk) for a quick morning coffee although the apartment has a coffee maker and supplies if you want to make your own breakfast/coffee. The main strip of Korea Town is one street over (also a 3-5 min walk) that has numerous restaurants and a grocery store. One of the main subway stations is about a block away as well-- we used it to access everything from Broadway, Times Square, Central Park, and the Battery for Ellis Island/Statue of Liberty tours. Definitely made a quick trip to New York affordable and far more efficient than staying farther away from everything.

The receptionist was available and ready to help us! We checked in with ID and the keys were quickly available. He gave us directions to our apartment and we loved every minute of the stay! A receptionist was always on duty and we checked out very quickly and easily as we had a 6 am flight for departure from the city!

We couldn't say that anything wasn't liked! Got the true experience of what it would be like to live in a NYC city apartment including the size of the room! No complaints from this family! Wish there wasn't so much maintenance going on the outside of the building so we could have enjoyed the façade! The scaffolding did provide some protection from the rainy days we experienced on our trip!

Yulia was very attentive and often asked if we needed anything. the accommodation itself corresponds to the photos, we traveled as a group of 5 and despite the small size of the room we spent a pleasant 8 days. The most famous places of manhattan can be done by feet or with Subway, its always a matter of 10 or 15 mn so its very good. You have everything around from broadway, madison square garden to time square. Plan some money if you want to wash your clothes ! It can be expensive.

The only downside was the difficulty in having hot water at the start of the stay as well as the automatic heating of the rooms which is very high with no possibility of lowering it except by opening the windows, plan ahead!

Excellent location. Very central, around the corner from Empire State. We could walk to most places. Studio has all you need for a short stay. Little kitchen, great for making breakfast and snacks and even a meal. Has all you need. We were out all day, just came back for shower and sleep. Host replies to messages promptly.

Wifi didnt work.

Location is absolutely fantantastic & highly recommended. Instructions to find it which would be difficult without were a godsend & greatly appreciated.Would most happily stay again.

A little maintenance is required to fix shelves & door hangers, etc. (which are of a lightweight cheap variety) as previous guests have been a little disrespectful. That said, my trusty Swiss army knife came in handy!

I liked the kitchen, which had a full sized fridge. The bars gave a nice eating space. The beds were clean and comfortable. I liked the bathroom. Even though there was no view, the large window brightened up the place. I didn't realize there was a place in the facility for trash, I read that message after we checked out. I liked that everything was in walking distance. Very nice place.

The stove top did not work very well, and it would have been nice to have an oven. Having 3 double/ full beds, instead of 2 doubles and a queen, would have given more floor space. However, it's all trivial.

Perfect location for our stay attended Oasis concert at the MetLife stadium. Penn station was a 5 min walk from the apartment

Internet was patchy at best inside, outside was fine

Studios in New York delivers on what was promised, great location, clean and tidy facilities, every thing you need packed into a small space at a great price.

Location is great if you like busy places. The flat was well decorated and clean. It was easy to contact the host and collect keys.

It was the perfect distance to Times Square, the attractions, and the 20-minute ride from the LaGuardia airport. The subway entrance is less than a block, within walking distance of everything, and you could also take the subway.
