Spacious and clean room with a large bathroom and comfy beds. Perfect location for midtown and downtown exploring. Right next to subway. Also very easy if you need to catch a train to Newark airport and save $100 on a taxi, as it is a 5 min walk. I was facing the back so it was also very quite, which is not typical for New York. Although you get zero views there as there is a taller building right behind it. No special amenities or rooftop bar, but you're in New York - you don't want to spend your time in the hotel ;)

6 nights with my family at [Hotel Name] and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Times Square and many other attractions, which made it very convenient for sightseeing with the family. The staff were very nice and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The restaurant offered a good breakfast with plenty of options, and the staff there were especially kind and attentive. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

I had a mostly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore nearby attractions. The bar on the main floor had a great atmosphere, and it was easy to meet and chat with other guests — the place definitely attracts a fun, social crowd.

However, there were a few downsides. The room was extremely small, with no closet space at all, which made it hard to unpack or store anything. There was also only one elevator, which often meant waiting longer than expected. I was especially looking forward to the rooftop bar, but unfortunately, it was closed during my stay, which was a letdown.

The location is simply fantastic, within easy reach of the city’s main attractions on foot or by public transport. The rooms were spotless, tidy, and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and always helpful. The rooftop is truly a highlight: breathtaking views of the city, perfect for a sunset cocktail or a special dinner. Everything was perfect — I will definitely come back!

First time to new york couldn't have been better. This hotel was a very good deal and was in a very good location. Located about 15mins from times square and about 40mins from central park. Bus around the area was down the street. Points of interest were mostly within walking distance. Food options are plentiful as well with Korea town being right down the street. The area felt fairly safe, even walking around at night. There's plenty of coffee shops, gift shops and convenience stores around. The room was super nice and cozy. Pillows weren't the best, but we made it work. Amenities were available, as well as a hair dryer. Gym access was also an option in the hotel with a water fill station in there. RFID hotel entry for safety was nice. The rooftop view at night was very nice and there was even a little plastic igloo to hang out in. Overall, I would love to stay there again. Front desk staff was very nice and inviting!

Our room was right next to the housekeeping closet, so we could hear every in and out while we were in our room at night. Nothing major, just a small inconvenience. Not that it was bad..we tuned it out, but if someone is a light sleeper, it might bug them. The pillows could have been a bit fluffier.

The Position of the Hotel was great. Newar Broadway with the 34th Street Underground very close. The Hotel was closed to the famous "Time Square". The staff was very polite and kind, there was only a problem on the Payment because My credit card had a daily plafond in USA that was not enough to pay in 1 way the transaction. I had to use another card to split the payments in 2 parts.

The location was great! 5 minute walk to a subway. View of The Empire State Building. It was a good value for the cost.

I did not like that our room was not ready when we arrived. Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM and w arrived at 5:00 PM and had to wait a little for room.

Courteous staff, which extended help whenever needed. Rooms were clean, daily housekeeping of your room. Recommended.

They do not do international cards with chip and pin. Had to guarantee deposit via a US credit card, which was not good as an international traveller it is not possible for every foreigner to have a US credit card. However, they accepted cash for the taxes and room rent, but the deposit still came out of the US credit card just because their system won't allow the chip and pin form of payment.

The ladies working check-in were very kind, professional, and efficient. The servers both at the bar and breakfast were just as great. The elevators were extremely quick, the room was very clean. I loved that they had vallet parking available, which was convenient for us. The location was perfect since we visited the Empire State Building and walked to Times Square. After visiting Times Square I was glad we didn’t stay closer to it because it was extremely overcrowded and I am not one to shy away from crowds.

The beds could have been more comfortable. The mattresses were on the thinner side and sort of hard, but they were fine for one night.

This hotel is a great place to stay in Manhattan. We loved the location, the standard of Hyatt was apparent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There were a few details that kept it from being an "excellent " rating from me. The room was well designed and offered great storage and the extras off towels, pillows and bedding was to the Hyatt standards! However the crisp cleaning & repairs were a tiny bit lacking to that standard. (Dust and smears in obvious places. Repairs needed left property looking a bit older than pictured.) The 1 elevator- left us often waiting and waiting. As well as the rooftop was a disappointment from the pictures. I understand it was winter when we visited but it was not inviting at all nor were we informed it would be not set up. And the smallest of details, the mattresses were both very firm and lumpy. A nice topper on one bed would have offered the sleepers a comfort option.
