Front desk staff when checking in, she was fabulous! The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was very good. Quiet at night, probably the time of the year when there's isn't much tourist. They have coffee by the lounge, and it was great to get some late at night. Right close to Walmart, gas stations, and food. Not far from town. Price was very good.

Been coming here for years and this trip I have no complaints.

The property was adequate and what I expected., neat that is was a large log cabin construction. The continental grab & go breakfast had great coffee, pastry, and yogurt.

The hotel is right beside a main highway with lumber trucks heading to the local paper pulp mill. Most of the drivers were courteous, however a few decided to use their jake brakes coming down the hill to the stop light which was loud and annoying. The exterior windows could use a cleaning.

Staff was as always friendly and helpful.The room was comfortable sized and bed comfortable.

The floors are not carpeted so the sound from the room above was loud it sounded like they were stomping around the room all night. Carpets on upper floors would muffle the noise. The breakfast is not worth bothering with. Could use better access to plugs or charge ports for cell phones.

Room was a nice size and clean for the most part. Great location, Dining, shopping and attractions were close by.

I booked this hotel in March for a July stay. When we got there I saw on Booking.com that the rates for the date we were staying had dropped considerably. I didn't say anything, though. The breakfast was not worth the stay for the price we paid. There was nothing served hot. it was all cereals, muffins, breads, and yogurts. No eggs, bacon or waffles,

The room was comfortable and clean (except the stained chair). I like not having carpet in the room. We stayed for 5 nights and did not expect any housekeeping services while there. It was nice to come back each day to clean, fresh towels and the trash being emptied. Front office staff were friendly.

The lobby and hallways could definitely use a good cleaning.

They have done a good job updating the facilities. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast could be improved. Closer attention to detail would give it a higher rating. Trim painting.

Location was central. Compared to the Montgomery location, this was a palace. The room was clean and safe. Katie was very helpful extending our booking.

We loved that they had veterans parking, never seen that anywhere before, so made full use of it. Whole stay was a most pleasant experience, comfy beds, plenty of coffee and great facilities. Eaterys close by. Thank you.

The bed was comfy and massive. Very warm welcome. Good clean hotel with air con, fridge and microwave in the room. Quiet. Great location and close to town and Star Trek tour. Breakfast included with lovely bagels, fruit, cereals, bread or toast if you want to make some. Yoghurts etc.

The windows were really dirty outside. At least you could open them and wipe them down with a towel as far as you could reach, but they to do it more often.
