The location was great to the conference center we attended, the room was clean and spacious. There area was quiet so we had a good nights sleep all three nights. The staff was very pleasant much more than other places we have stays. This appeared to be how they were all the time, so they must enjoy their jobs, because it shows at other hotel, etc. Great variety of items for a continental breakfast, which the area was clean and keep clean all morning. The food items stays well stocked. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The check in staff was amazing, very hospitable and welcoming. Bedding was nice.

Based on the reviews and price ( which was $200/ night, 9 stars)I was expecting a much nicer accommodation. It was clean but the overall appearance was dark almost dingy. The furnishings and carpet was dark in color as well, with furnishings that were somewhat mismatched. The room in general wasn't threadbare but had the appearance of a lot of use. I didn't really want to take my shoes off on the carpet because it was hard to tell if it was clean. Slightly musty odor in the room which went away when we turned on the air. The room temperature was comfortable and cool. We were just passing through so I can not speak to the area, breakfast or other amenities offered at the hotel. I would stay here in a pinch but would look for other accommodations in the future.

The location was convenient to the interstate, restaurants, and stores, but far enough back that the sound of traffic wasn’t an issue. There was plenty of green space for our lab to enjoy. I also appreciated being on an end room with a pet.

There was a busy road adjacent to the property and I wish some of the green space was fenced off for dogs to safely be off leash. Although I liked being on an end room because of our dog I would have appreciated a room on the end on the top floor better. The people above us walked heavily and allowed their children to run across the room.

The staff were so, so, so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us with some random, unusual needs we had. The room felt cozy and clean, and beds were comfy. We loved our stay! The lobby was cozy, comfortable, and friendly with simple board games available, a computer, and 24-hr coffee, tea, and water. They have Nutella in their breakfast bar. We were a few minutes late checking out (3 little kids, all of them feeling sick), and then had to come back later to look in the room for my kid's missing insulated water bottle (found it), and I never felt like a nuisance. They were always kind.

Something about the lighting and the interior colors made it feel not quite as light as we felt it should be in the room once the sun rose, despite having the curtains open. We were on the first floor. If you're sensitive to needing sunlight in the morning, that's something to be aware of.

The staff was super friendly. The place was clean. Love the layout with the stairs in the middle rather than the fire doors at the ends of the hall like most hotels have. Coffee was good. Nice they had hot water available in the evenings. Bed was comfortable. All was quiet.

Breakfast was ok. Did not have a huge variety of food but the waffles were nice. The coffee maker in the room needs to be cleaned. Good thing there was hot wage in the lobby.

Breakfast was average. You should consider during apple season since you are surrounded by so many orchards to offer fresh apples from the local merchants. Also, if you will pin prick the boiled eggs, then guests would be able to microwave them instead of ignoring COLD eggs for breakfast!!!! Coffee however was excellent!

You can do better on breakfast choices and put some HEALTHY snacks in your vending machine, not just junk food.

Our reservation did not go through on the other end but the people found it and quickly gave us a room. The hair dryer in our room didn’t work initially but the situation was quickly resolved. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was musty and felt damp but was nicely decorated. The breakfast could have offered few more choices.

I have been staying there for years. The location is close to my friends. Significantly cheaper price than all the new chain hotels in the area. Hotel has been around for awhile, but management has done a good job keeping the amenities up to date.

Breakfast choices are minimal, how er I would not expect a great breakfast considering the low per night charge. If you want a decent breakfast, Cracker Barrel is two minutes away

This hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful. Tiffany was amazing and the reason I'm writing this review.

If I had to be critical of anything it would be that the ac can't cool the entire room like I would have liked. just because of it size being so large. So the living room area wasn't as coolest were you sleep. The room could of had a little more light as well.

The room was clean. The Continental breakfast was well stocked. The location was convenient to the highway. All staff were helpful and friendly.

The price was appropriate for the value however we would have liked a lower price. 😉
