Good breakfast. Working ice machines! Nice laundry services.

Decaf coffee was terrible. Regular coffee was acceptable.

I love the clean sheets and pillows. Wonderful bedding. I feel secure. I like it that someone is at the front desk whenever I come in the building. I like access to a workout room. I do like that breakfast is available with coffee and tea.

The smoke detector appeared to be a motion detector at night. And blinking blue light literally creates problems with the brain and allowing sleep to happen consistently throughout the night. But seriously, motion detectors in a bedroom are really creepy! The Breakfast: Too much processed foods. The eggs could be a higher quality. More gluten free and less sugar. The water in the tank at back of the toilet kept going off every 5mins or so throughout the night.

I have stayed here before. This experience was similar to the last. The room was nice and the breakfast was good.

After the 3rd day the cleaning staff missed my room for a couple of days. I mentioned it to a couple of members of the cleaning crew after the 3rd day and they told me they would clean it if I left for 30 minutes. I did that and they had cleaned the room when I got back. They cleaned it until the end of my stay. They did not replenish the coffee so I had to ask the front desk for some.

Very clean, very nice hotel. Would definitely stay again. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, lots of variety and very good! Hotel was new looking and very clean.

Indoor Pool was very very small. Bed was uncomfortable. In a small area so really only fast food restaurants around. Hendersonville is a short drive away with sit down restaurants

Honestly, all of it! The hours for breakfast (and the pool) were perfect for me and the family to have an AWESOME morning before the drive home. Everything was clean and everyone was nice. I'll be looking for Fairfield Inns everywhere I go.

Even though I loved everything, I think if I had to say that something was unsatisfactory at all, it would be that there were some issues with scanning our key at the pool and a couple of items weren't found in the system from the "corner pantry". However, the customer service, despite the "issues", was immaculate!

The hotel was clean, the breakfast had many options and the staff was super friendly. If you are just traveling through on the nearby expressway etc. this is a wonderful option.

If you are looking for a place to stay near attractions, restaurants, or just things to do, this may not be it. There is nothing much around this hotel, appears to be an up and coming town.

The staff was so friendly. Loved having the little store in the lobby for snacks, drinks, etc. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and comfortable.

Location was a little removed from the main areas of town, but it was just off the highway and was still very easy to get to and from the hotel with easy parking.

Generous breakfast, the room and hotel was very clean, there was ample parking and it was a great location to amenities in Hendersonville. There is a little indoor pool with towels provided and there is also a gym with a couple of treadmills and a couple of elliptical machines. In addition there were two weight benches with free weights. Friendly staff. I would stay in this hotel again.

The inconsistency of the room temperature made it uncomfortable at times. It's probably the technology that most hotels use.

I liked that it was located in a not so busy area but yet convenient. The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was excellent. The A/C was super quiet which helped since I have a daughter with autism that is sensitive to loud noises.

I liked everything.

The staff is very warm and professional. It was very inviting as you walk through the door. The coffee and tea on hand was wonderful.

The frig didnt want to work in our room but the beds were comfy and the room was clean
