The breakfast was very good. The location was safe. The management and staff was friendly and professional. My room was kept clean daily with fresh bedding and clean bathroom. I liked the hot coffee and cookies in the lobby. This was night and day compared to the Best Western Plus where you find roaches, black mold in the bathroom and have to schedule room service days in advance. This is a great place for the business person and family.

Very good value for the price. Everything is as advertised. Nothing is hidden or deceitful here. You get what you pay for. A safe quiet room and parking lot, hot breakfast and clean room. I can honestly say there is nothing negative here. You can checkout my review of the Best Western Plus in this town and know that I give my honest and true review of hotels I stay with.

Breakfast room staff was helpful and friendly. Food was ok. There were plenty of charging ports in room and wifi service was good. Beds were comfortable. TV was nice. Indv temp control was great. Cookies and coffee were really nice touch.

Step in shower was great but no grab bar in shower. No place to hang hand towels. Water in face bowl took almost 5 minutes to warm up. Bath towels looked clean but stained.

Location, room size, and price

I don't think that it's fair that locals have to pay a cash security deposit. Although it's refundable. If you're not expecting to pay that, it's not fair to get hit with that on top of your cost of the stay. Say you don't have it, then you are still charged at least half the cost of the room, if not more. Although I'm a local, I like to get a room just to have alone time. But this fee every time may change my mind. Like after a person has stayed a few gives and you see they are not messing up the establishment, can you not charge this fee. I also thought that having the card on file to book also took care of any damages after customers checked out. Charge the card for any damages?? Thank you

The room was clean, and bug free (we left one that wasn't and came here). We really enjoyed the breakfast. Waffles were a big hit with the kids and we liked the variety. Sausage and eggs one day, biscuits and gravy the next day (though we could have eaten that sausage again 😊).

Not that we didn't like, but the desk clerks were not the friendliest I've ever encountered. They were efficient, but zero smiles to be had. Didn't ruin our stay, just an observation.

The shower in our room has some knob/valve issues- the hot water lasted for 2-3 seconds then ran cold. After a few minutes of playing with the knob we finally got hot water to stay on. It's not the plumbing, but the handle.

The suites door did not close properly to secure the room. We had to go back each time and make sure it locked. The North end door was extremely hard to use the key to get in it and.

Overall was really nice day except for the problems with the dorks.

Love, love, love the shower. I have just one complaint, adjusting the temperature is a little difficult at first but once you get it it's wonderful. I also liked the window treatment

No colors just a lot of beige and gray.

The breakfast could have more selection. The location was good.

The young woman at the check in was not friendly or helpful. I have stayed there several times and her attitude has not changed. After dealing with her I probably won’t stay at that hotel anymore. Customer service is very important to me.

I liked to location it was pretty much in the center and close to everything. Mall , food , gym grocery. The staff was pleasant and check in and out was easy.

Only complaint was that the way the shower 🚿 is constructed, water easily get on the floor. When I got out there was enough water on the floor (puddle) that I almost slipped and fell.

The breakfast was great. I recommended this location to my sister. She loved it. She had an event coming up the next weekend, she and her husband booked a stay. This will be there hotel for the next stay as well as my husband and I.
