The owners of this facility are VERY FRIENDLY! Their Inn is SUPER CLEAN and WELL MAINTAINED (they received a 100% Sanitation Rating from the state inspection). The room we had was spacious, smelled nice and airy, and had ALL the amenities needed. Beds were very comfortable. Location is less than a five minute drive to the beach; eateries are within a five minute walk (and pizza delivery is fast and friendly). This “diamond” of a family-run establishment is our new GO-TO place for North Topsail🤗

From start to finish, I can't really remember the lady's name at the front desk, but her personality was absolutely lovely, very respectful, attentive, and her husband as well. We arrived way early than expected, and i just wanted them to know we were in town early, so when the room was ready for check in they could call us however, they had a room available and she let us check in way before time. There is no other place that i have ever stayed at did that, so that was definitely a major plus for me. The room accommodation, cleanliness, 10 out of 10. The bed was very comfortable, and even though it's located on the main strip, it was peaceful and quiet. This was my first, and I promise you it would not be my last time staying there. Oh, let me share this as compared to other surroundings. Hotels for the comfort level that we received and the price. I couldn't ask for anything more.

I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT THERE WAS NOT ONE THING I DIDN'T LIKE

Everything about this little Inn was great. We stayed 5 nights comfortably! All office and housekeeping staff were eager to help and accommodate. It was clean and very well maintained… inside and out. The grounds are peaceful and inviting and the location is situated for safe walking to food and/or convenience shopping. The area of town is clean and feels safe.

I can’t really think of a thing I disliked about The Topsail Shores Inn. I did need my more-firm pillow from home - but that’s just me! Ha - I went next door and bought one. I didn’t ask the staff, but honestly? I should have checked w them! And there WAS a deodorizer that bothered me. But when I mentioned it, they EAGERLY discontinued it. The room/carpets were not old or in need of deodorizing anyway IMO… Everything was SO well cleaned and maintained. Their housekeeping staff WAS great.

The room was clean and the A/C worked great! I appreciated the k-cups available and the bottled water. The staff was very friendly. I really appreciate the hometown vibe.

There was a thin cover and no blanket. I did steal the cover from the other bed. I run cold, my significant other runs hot. So I was grateful to be able to do that.

This was an amazing value. It was easy to access, close to the beach, and near local restaurants. We were impressed the with the room and all the little extras that made you feel welcome and at home. The establishment is family owned and they take great care of their property and are very invested in guests feeling comfortable. I had an issue with the hair drying and it was fixed immediately. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

There is nothing I can think of I felt everything was wonderful.

All of the staff at Topsail Shores were very friendly and helpful. They were responsive to any requests we made for extra towels or a quick floor cleaning (sand, you know). There are public beach accesses close by, as well as a plethora of restaurants and shopping. Fresh seafood of all kinds is available for sale nearby. Topsail Shores is located just off a busy highway, but there was no problem with traffic noise.

Nice and convenient to Topsail Beach. Rooms were clean.

I understand trying to communicate but there were lots of signs everywhere about the rules maybe at check-in have a listing of the rules for ppl to sign-off on. Yes, ppl are idiots and will let their dog go potty in the play area and stand on tables which is rude and unfortunate for the other guests.

I love this place. The room has USB plugs on the lamps, refrigerator, keurig coffee maker, free bottled water, comfortable bed, lots of fluffy towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Oh and a pool. It’s walking distance to a couple restaurants and great little bagel place for breakfast and 5 minute drive to the beach. The owners are very sweet and accommodating too!

Great location less than 5 minutes from the beach! Close to dining, shopping and had a decent sized pool. Complimentary coffee in the rooms was delicious. Didn't get to enjoy their mini grilling area but hope to do so when we go back.

It would be nice to be able to have our reusable water bottles or just water bottles by the pool but I get the risk of people bringing other stuff in. It's understandable they have a tight rule on it.

This is the second stay at TSI and it was just as good as the first stay. This place is clean, close to gas, groceries, and.local restaurants, and the staff are very friendly. Beds are comfy, showers are warm, and it’s rather quiet considering it’s right off the road. Love that it has a small kitchenette as well.
