The best beach location you can ask for. Literally right up on the beach with a beautiful balcony. Was worried the mini fridge wouldn’t be big enough but it was pretty much a full sized fridge with a little freezer up top! The dedicated beach access and outdoor showers were fantastic as well. Super quiet and peaceful. Parking was good and secure. Bathroom was good. Microwave came in handy. Ample places to put things or sit/rest on. Having onsite ice was also fantastic. Overall absolutely loved this location and motel and will be back yearly!

Could have used a few more towels from the start but was able to get more. Wasn’t sure how to put out the dirty towels for more then finally saw the bag at the end of the stay on the counter that I thought was just a trash bag. Also was unsure if we were supposed to take trash out or not and if so where.

Our room was very modern, large size, directly on the beach, dog friendly, lots of parking, beach theme, large patio, all kitchen appliances needed including an apartment size fridge.

Bring a roku stick because tv is very basic and there are hardly any movies just sports, reality, news shows for the evening or rainy days. Also bring food, because there are very few restaurants nearby. We found one place for breakfast on the pier with a very limited menu. It was good. If you want to escape the crowd. This is the place to be. We liked it.

Location is excellent. I like that it’s a relaxing little spot, on the ocean, old school motel, allows dogs, and is on a NC beach that hasn’t fallen to corporate yet. It’s coming, but it hasn’t lost its quaintness yet.

Build an elevator on the side for older and disabled folks.

Beautiful ocean front property! Staff professional and kind. There is a security gate for entering and exiting property. Beds super comfortable and room has all the essentials for private stay without large hotel crowds and noise. Our dog gives 4 paws up for the dog friendly accommodations.

Fantastic location. Room was clean and stocked. Nice to have a full size fridge. Yes, it is older and not a Hilton but you’re on the beach, wake and go to sleep to the waves, and basically have the beach to yourself.

Because of a booking error on our part we had two different rooms, both were fine but one had a full size fridge and one a mini, so not every unit is the same.

Sea Vista has always been my favorite place to stay. It was built in the 1950s, but that adds to the charm. The south end of Topsail Island is my favorite place in the world. ❤️

Spacious. Clean. Kitchenette.

Bed seemed fine but our backs were sore in the morning. Didn’t know we had to ask for a blanket until we were in bed. A cold night.

The proximity to the ocean is exceptional. Waking up and watching the sunrise right from the balcony was lovely.

It is a bit pricey for how basic the room is. But you are paying for the view!
